The staff, in particular Ann on 2nd shift. She is a rockstar, and I hope Hilton knows that after this. Also, the 1st Shift staff in the kitchen that prepares the food and gets everything ready for us to eat, they are great at what they do.

Well, the power went out on Monday for a good while, and that wasn't very good, and the bathroom ceiling looked like it just went through a last second patch job.

I would like to receive my $100 for incident back after check out. Why because if their is no damage update my balance as fast as you all took the money

The added fee for incidentals. The problem is they need to let that be known during booking and also funds should be returned after guest I’ve checked out

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. Great experience. The breakfast was delicious, and staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience. I really felt safe and secure. I also felt that my vehicle was safe as well. Thank you, Double Tree, for a wonderful experience. I will tell my friends and family if they are ever in Atlanta.

Traffic noise. Not much to be done about that. We would still stay at this hotel again. The reason that we were in town was for an outpatient cardiac surgery at Piedmont Heart. Your staff was both friendly and helpful which we greatly appreciated.

Location is convenient as it has relatively easy access to the major routes and ample parking. Room is good. Elevators good. Under covid regime rooms are not "serviced" except by request which is fine. Friendly service.

A little difficult to get the supplies for the room, phone did not work (loose connection) and read your bill carefully!

The dinner was really good. The service at the bar downstairs was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff were very nice to me when I was checking in and had my laughing by the time I went back out to get my husband and son out of the car.

Excellent room, friendly staff, great outdoor pool.

$15 breakfast buffet --- too expensive for meager breakfast.

Overall a nice place to stay if you’re in the area. The location was very convenient and the room was very clean.

Upon checking in we only had two towels, no toilet paper, and nothing to make coffee with. We went to the front to ask for towels and were told they did not have any more so we unfortunately had to use pool towels, which are quite a bit smaller than regular bath towels. The hallways of the hotel were clean, however, they reeked of smoke.

Paris welcomed us to the hotel as if we were family. He informed us of the hotel lobby area transformation and ensured we were ok during our stay. Excellent work by Paris!

The hotel door would get stuck and it took several tries to enter the room.
