Emory Conference Center Hotel

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, my experience was pleasant, but there was a small issue that I encountered upon my arrival, which I believe needs your attention. Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for their friendly and helpful demeanor during my stay. The service provided was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time at your establishment.

However, I encountered a minor inconvenience upon my arrival. Despite having made an advance payment for my reservation, I had to wait for an extended period on the couch. It appears that there was a miscommunication, as the computer system marked me as a no-show. As a result, I had to wait longer than expected before being accommodated.

Friendly, helpful staff at front desk. Convenient location close to Emory campus medical facilities. The property itself has a very pleasant atmosphere inside and outside.

Extra fee added ($15 per day) for parking onsite in the garage. The temperature in the hallways and elevators was uncomfortably warm during my stay (maybe the A/C in the common areas was having a problem that day).

The Hotel had a massive back up of unexpected guests & check in process took well over 2 hours. HOWEVER, Staff was unbelievably incredible! The manager Don & staff took care of their clients while waiting in line with drinks etc etc, I was completely impressed with this entire staff! KUDOS! You all (including the bartender, etc, etc, etc, )had massive STRESS and handled it like a SEASONED BOSS!

A very nice stay for a business trip, the room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the bed was SO comfy. I really enjoyed the stay and if I had another meeting at Emory it's a no brainer that I'll be back.

Everything was exceptional from my perspective, the staff were helpful and the whole experience was great. You're getting a good deal if you stay here.

I loved the employee very friendly and assertive, everything was clean never went into a room were it smelt like clean bleach sanitized where you know it’s clean first thing I noticed when I walked in. Overall I would definitely recommend.

That there wasn’t a microwave inside the room but they did have one on same floor so to me that was ok just down in the room with ice machine.

Best location near Emory University and Emory Point's best restaurant, General Muir. Beautiful setting near Lullwater Preserve with forest around. Love the Frank Lloyd-Wright inspired design.

Not a fan of American cuisine. Probably not the Hotel's fault.

The location was perfect for us since we were visiting Emory College. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and elegant. We were able to have our meals at the hotel and the food was delicious. Our beds and pillows were so comfortable it was like being at home.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was great. The staff was amazing, especially Bijan and team at the restaurant. We ate dinner there every night. The food was delicious for breakfast and dinner every day. We were treated like family.

Cellular service was not great in our room.

The room was really modern, spacious and clean. The proximity to the Emory hospitals are only a few minutes drive away.

The rioms don't have microwaves and the ice machine on the floor was broken. Front desk didn't provide the best information regarding parking.

I enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room. The King-sized bed was very cozy( too bad I didn't have time to lay in it all day)..The buffet breakfast including the chef that makes the custom omelets was exceptional! Every staff member in the dining area was professional and accommodating. The view of the outdoor seating was also amazing. Great place to sit with coffee/tea and a good book!

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking . Doesn't make any sense if I am a guest at the hotel. With the price I paid for the room..I figured why not throw in free parking?
