Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Atlanta/Emory University Area, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was located in a nice area. Lots of places to dine. The front desk staff was excellent, very courteous and friendly. The double bed room was great. Very clean and welcoming. along with a variety of toiletries. Also there was a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. You had a choice of hot (waffles, eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy). Also there was a choice of cereal, yogurt and other. The next morning was a different variety to pick from. I highly recommend this hotel when you are in the Atlanta/Emory University Area.

What an amazingly great experience I had at this hotel. Five stars in every single aspect. The entire staff is top notch and extremely helpful. This place is clean, and I mean really clean. The rooms are well maintained, and the cleaning staff is amazing. They actually wash ALL the linens including the comforters and even the shower curtains. Kudos to our maid, Mendoza, for her thorough work and great attitude! The breakfast is very good with lots of options to accommodate any taste. Twice I watched the front desk clerk, TK, help an older gentleman go through the breakfast buffet and make him a plate. Heartwarming. Bonnie, on the front desk at night, was so helpful and nice. I even overheard a morning staff meeting where the GM, Mr. Octavia Jennings, was praising his staff for their good work. I think he may have cheered. What an amazing team. The rooms are spacious with nice full size Dove amenities in the bathroom, a decent sized mini fridge, microwave, Keurig with pods, and a mini safe. I cannot recommend highly enough after our 5 night stay.

Abosolutely nothing.

the room and bathroom were very clean. there were no odors . the bed was comfortable , and spacious, as was the room . the windows have electric blinds that block out all light perfectly . the hotel is located in great spot, everything is close by , and the location is safe . the pool was clean and there were plenty of pool towels & pool noodles available for use . the breakfast had plenty of options.

the parking lot is kind of small and there is not a lot of lighting at night , and it's pretty dark and wooded

Everything about this hotel was terrific. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel at this price, but it was far better than I thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again. There was a simple but hot breakfast and good coffee every morning, and it is located in a good part of the city.

Try as I might, I can't think of anything I didn't like or would improve.

The King room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool wasn't bad but no pool towels. The breakfast was fairly standard mostly pre-cooked food but it was hot and as tasty as could be expected. There was a problem with my billing which was fixed quickly, however the staff did not get back to me as promised; I just noticed the charge was taken off my account.

Like all places these days, it was on the pricey side.

very clean and well appointed facility! staff was exceptional in every way and went out of their way to be welcoming, accommodating and friendly! we stayed for 5 days/4 nights due to medical issues and our stay could not have been more inviting or comfortable. plan to call this location for each follow up and extended trip. super pleased!!

did not have clean room everyday, but pluses completely out weighed this due to fact that we were away all day each day!

very friendly staff, property was clean and well maintained and the breakfast was very good with a two very sweet ladies keeping it well stocked. Pool was clean, beds were comfortable…what more do you really ask for in a hotel stay? We will definitely stay again soon.

No complaints at all. Hotel is close to everything we needed and was easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking.

The staff was very friendly. I was there due to it being close to CHOA and my 5 yr was having surgery. The staff treated her like she was a friend. She loved it. The room was clean and pool was nice as well. Breakfast was good too

When we arrived there was a bad epoxy smell in our room due to fixing bathrooms several floors away. The staff was very helpful and moved us and then it was fine
