The staff was courteous, professional and helpful. Room was modern, comfortable and very clean. Dinner at Tiny Lou's restaurant was excellent but pricey. Good location for our purposes. Easy to get to once off the highway.

Parking was very expensive at $45/day. The facility was very noisy from both the street traffic and from the rooftop bar. They played loud thumping sounds (supposed to be music) until 11:30pm. We weren't able to sleep either night. There was no breakfast service provided. While not a fault of the hotel but more for the travelers reading this, Atlanta traffic has to be some of the worst in the country. So plan accordingly.

The interior is gorgeous and most of the amenities were great. The showers were hot and had beautiful design as well.

The elevator got confused frequently because there was only one for rooftop access and one specifically for guests. If you're able, I'd highly suggest walking instead of using the elevator. Paying $45 a DAY for parking is absurd. The rooms were already pretty pricey (which I understand for the area.. gentrification and whatnot), but $45 a day for parking (and the attendant wasn't really present at night) doesn't even make sense. Lastly there was no fridge in the room which I didn't realize.. that was a bit inconvenient.

The creative decor and unique choices. The branding cohesion was great and added a lot to the experience. we really liked that the hotel was pet friendly! And the staff was friendly and very helpful!

There was no welcome note or instructions to help orient you to the room, the hotel or space in general. Would have been nice to have that so we easily understood how to reach front desk from room, how the cafe area worked, where things were located within the hotel, and so on. Our room wasn’t supplied with all of the amenities it should of had upon arrival such as the do not disturb sign, laundry bags, and possibly others??

The room was nice and stylish. The lobby was nice. Tiny Lou's was good. The rooftop bar looked to be a great place to hang out. The check in was easy and the people were friendly.

A lady played violin in a nearby room, very poorly, from about 4 am - 6 am. The check out with the parking manager was less than satisfactory and left a bad taste in our mouths. My experience with the front desk to assist with confusion regarding parking charges was poor. The gentleman was dismissive and rude. Several inebriated people stood in front of the hotel talking loudly for a couple of hours from 1 am 3 am.

For breakfast we had muffins at the shop on the first floor. The gentleman that worked the shop was very friendly and informative. The muffins were very good. The rooftop experience was fabulous. We loved the view, the drinks and the food from the taco truck (On the roof!). The truffle fries at the bar and Tiny Lou's were amazing! The room didn't have a refrigerator but they brought one up to us at no charge.

The staff could not have been nicer, from the valets outside to the front desk staff to the waitstaff and bartenders at the very busy bar. They exuded excitement and a desire to help. The room is lovely.

It is very loud at night, with noise from the front door, the parking lot next door, and the street. The hotel appears to know this -- our room included a white-noise generator and two sets of earplugs -- and it was ultimately tolerable, and quiet by 1am on Saturday, but it's pretty loud until then.

The Claremont was a last minute recommendation from a friend. We had to choose this or another. Couldn’t be happier that we chose the Claremont. There is a special vibe the second you arrive. The staff are very nice- especially the head of Valet. Loved him!

There’s really nothing to complain about. It’s got charm, so there a few rough edges to the interior, but nothing worth complaining about.

Beautiful property. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are really nice - great styling and good amenities. Location is fantastic. Nice rooftop bar.

Valet Parking staff - some of them had some real attitude when you were pulling up to offload/load bags. Elevator sometimes stank as though someone had thrown up. Bar staff could make an effort to be more welcoming and friendly - little uptight ...

The hotel is gorgeous and not too over the top. We were greeted upon arrival by a number of courteous and helpful staff members. The hotel restaurant is also beautiful, and I could probably spend a few hours just walking around the hotel admiring the decor. My husband and I stayed here for a one-night staycation (we're ATL locals), and we love it and will likely stay again in the near future.

My only call out is that given the location of the hotel and that is above a lounge, it is quite noisy in the evenings. If you are sensitive to sound or have a hard time sleeping in a noisier setting, you might want to re-think your stay, ask for a room on the top floor, or use the ear plugs that the hotel graciously provided in our room.

BLACK PEOPLE APPROVED! Everyone was so nice at the Clermont Motor hotel! They made us feel so comfortable starting with the valet. The front desk welcomes us like family. The rooftop bar is amazing and the bar staff was great! My favorite part was the upstairs bar restaurant. We truly enjoyed every moment of our dining. The ladies running this area were an entire vibe. They recommended the best drinks and food. They never allowed us to wonder where they were because they checked on us throughout out visit in the bar area. We had the truffle fries, medium well burger and deviled eggs. I've listed the names of all of the people who gave exceptional service. These people are the reason that we will visit The Clermont Motor Hotel and spend our Black Dollars.

Everything was perfect.
