Sleep Inn Cartersville

Breakfast was great,the coffee is always fresh even at nite, and they keep it full and fresh.. staff was always very friendly. Was very clean .

We were there for 5 days and tried swimming but the indoor pool was too cold. There was no way we could get in. For the price we paid, this should have been fixed. We told the women at the front desk, and she knew it was cold she said the temperature wasn't working. They should have had this situation taken care of the first day they were aware of the problem. This is the main reason we decided to stay that long on our vacation, seeing our family. Made this trip very unpleasant. The kids were outraged,and my 8 year old didn't talk to me for 2 days bc we had promised to get a nice hotel w an indoor pool. It was her birthday and that's what she wanted to do was swim w her friend. Now we will call before we book this hotel to make sure the pool is available to swim.

The location was great. The walls are a little thin and you can hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms through the walls which seems to be the case with most newer hotels. It was a minor inconvenience and not a deal breaker at all. Very convenient to the Lakepoint sports complex. If you're traveling for baseball at the complex it doesn't get much better than this. We would definitely stay here again for all future tournaments in Cartersville, GA.

Thin walls.

Location was convenient to our travel plans, (it's right off the freeway with nearby food and gas). The room and bathroom were a nice size and both were clean. Pillows were comfortable.

The bed mattress seemed worn out (we've stayed here in the past and the beds were great). Walls seemed paper thin. Not that this is the hotel's fault, but we were woken up throughout the night by the person in the room above us coughing all night. We ended up leaving early in the morning because we couldn't sleep... missed out on breakfast.

Decided on this hotel because of the reveiws and they were spot on. Super clean, well kept, room serviced perfectly, staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was the best I have seen in a hotel in a long time. Normal fare, but all fresh and well attended. To top it all off, it was considerably less than comparable hotels close by, with lower ratings! I will stay here again, no doubt. I find these days the value hotels are just as nice to stay in as those costing twice as much. I dont need expensive sheets or a family name known the world over on the front of the building when passing through, just a clean comfortable place to rest while working and this place hit it 100%

The place was clean and nice and quiet.

I booked here even though it was out of my way because it advertised having electric vehicle chargers. When I got there, I found that the electric vehicle chargers were there but cost $2 per hour. That's probably more than I would pay on a supercharger. A little disappointed and disillusioned by that that situation. I've never gone to a hotel where superchargers were not complimentary.

When I booked it showed we were getting the standup shower, but knew she called and said it would be upgraded I just didn’t expect the bathroom to be like that because that’s what I booked on based off the cleanesss ofc but bathroom is huge to me as well but other than that great stay thank you and manager was very nice and helpful so thank you again to her!

we found the lady at the front desk amazing she made us feel very welcome like we were part of her family she left us with the feeling that if we had found a problem she would solve the situation immediately . the owners of this property are very lucky to have her /

i found this location to close to truck traffic very noisy until midnight possibly another room would have been better

Staff was always helpful. The hotel was clean and right off the interstate, which was wonderful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great.

This was no fault of the staff, but you could hear everything! People walking around, closing doors, people above us. We could hear it all.

Breakfast was great! The staff made sure we had everything we needed. They ran out of blueberry muffins, but when my 9 year old asked if there were more, the lady helped and got more to add to the basket! I was super pleased with all staff.

It was a great experience!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, great location, comfortable bedding

There was mold in the grout all around the frame of an otherwise beautiful glass shower stall. It can easily be addressed and was really out of place based on the overall condition and aesthetics of the room. This can easily be fixed.
