We have stayed there before. We love it. We only stay at Hilton hotels.
This time we stayed the microwave in our room No. 307 was broke. We reported it to the day time girl (don’t know her name). We got no help from her. We had to warm our food in the microwave in the lobby. The young girl was not friendly at all. I asked about something on our bill. She either didn’t know how to explain it or just didn’t want to be bothered. The rest of the staff is awesome. In October our whole family stayed there for a week for a wedding. We loved it. We tried the new Tru hotel the night before. We did not like it so we went back to the Garden Inn. My son lives in Cartersville. We will always stay with the Garden Inn. Thank you.

The place was immaculate. The service was friendly. Everything went smoothly. And I slept well. We also traveled with 2 well behaved Springer Spaniels, they rated it 4 paws up!

3 stay here… all booked thru Bookings.com. All three times room assignment was directly next to elevator shaft. Not a coincidence it seems.

Location was convenient. Place was clean, but a little outdated. Night staff was friendly.
For the amount of money I spent to stay here for one night (almost $150), you would think they could offer complimentary breakfast. The wait staff in the breakfast area made my 4 year old put his fruit back because I wasn't aware it was not complimentary. Not only was she extremely rude, but she made my 4 year old cry over a banana.

We splurged on this hotel after a long day of travel. It is more upscale than a typical hotel in other franchises such as Choice or Wyndham. We felt pampered and it was worth the extra money. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable.
