Hampton Inn Emerson - Lakepoint, Ga

We stayed in a room with a king size bed. It was very comfortable. Bathroom was big and very clean! Good hot breakfast and would definitely stay again. The gentleman who checked us in and was there the first couple days of our trip gave excellent customer service! APRIL 2-5

We usually bring our pillows when we travel by car and we didn't this time. I wish we would have. We did not like the pillows. The only other thing was my husband was going to swim laps in the pool (he was excited to see that it was a lap pool), but water was way too cold.

The staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was nice - decent sized and a dressing room/bathroom area that was well thought out. Only issue and it was annoying was that it seemed like there was a romper room above us. I don't know if it was the occupants or thin insulation. They were noisy from 8-11pm then up (ie woke all of us ) at 6:45am.

The noise from above. It sounded like stomping on the floor back and forth for several hours at night and the same racket the next morning.

Our room was a comfy size so not on top of each other. Well thought out plan with vanity / desk area with outlets and charging area plus mirror and lighting. Mini fridge and mic are always a plus. Bathroom was large and also well thought out with room for essentials. Starbucks across the street and Chick-fil-A next door were pleasant surprises. Friendly and helpful front desk associate. Hotel smells good and appears clean and fresh. No carpets in the room also a plus. Carpet in a hotel is just gross!

Our room faced the road and traffic is a little noisy but not really a big deal. I slept great. Wanna take the pillow home.

Breakfast was great. The room was was spacious.

The toilet seat was missing a screw so it wasn't very stable. No kleenex in the room.

Friendliness of staff for the most part.

After checking out snd loading all four kids in the car, I realized that they needed to use the restroom before starting the three hour drive home. We unloaded and went into the lobby. The front desk lady denied us use of the bathroom in the lobby. She stated it wasn’t safe snd sanitized, although we had been using it all morning during breakfast time. She told me to try the Loves Truckstop that it would be a much cleaner restroom for us to use. Keep in mind I had a ten year older dancing around because she needed to go so badly. We had to load back up and go to the truckstop. I just felt it was a bit extreme. She also remembered us snd k ew that we had just checked out an hour earlier.

The staff was GREAT!!! The managers on duty were very attentive to every need and detail. The entire hotel was very clean even though they were hosting a bunch of teenage baseball players. The breakfast was excellent. Can’t say enough about it. I also had the opportunity to meet the general manager and she was GREAT!!

My wife and I traveled to see our son play baseball at the Lakepoint Sports Complex. Perfect Location. Check in was easy. The check in staff member was exceptionally friendly. We had a king bed and a sofa in the room. Very spacious.

The bathroom needed a little more attention - not every day cleaning but new caulking around shower. It was a bit grimy.

The staff was incredible, we had a very rough day of travel and had to stop over night unexpectedly. The two woman at the front desk greeted us so kindly, listened to us and even provided a complimentary water and snack to make us more comfortable

While in our beds and bathroom in room 214 we heard thudding and a trickling/ bubbling sound of water allll night.

Very nice hotel. And the staff helped me with assisted me with hiding an Easter basket for my daughter. Family friendly and that was very important to us!

There was nothing that we did not like.
