The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We traveled with our small dog and it was no problem. I would definitely stay here again. Our friends which had the room next door were also pleased. The location was very convient to the town square and college.

Comfortable room, mini fridge in the room was a big plus. Very friendly, accommodating staff. They had the best rates in the area for our dates, and the only one with the fridge. We didn't expect breakfast after reading the reviews, and the fact that there are some full time residents never bothered us - we were gone most of the day anyway. The pool was enjoyable, although visible from the McDonald's parking lot next door. This place is more like an old time motel, not really a hotel. For the money, we were totally satisfied and would stay there again!
First room had an odor, but they quickly switched our room upon request. They allow pets, so I'm guessing some of those rooms just don't get cleaned well. Otherwise, no complaints!

Very close to the center of town. Staff was very friendly. No breakfast due to Covid restrictions, but I could take what I wanted from the Lobby for the next day's breakfast, if I wanted. I took an apple. Old building, but everything was well maintained and clean. Shampoo/conditioner bottle and body bar provided for shower.
Bring your own conditioner if you have long or thick hair. Everything else was provided, including iron and board. It shares a driveway with McDonalds.

Motel was in close proximity of the business we HAD TO CONDUCT ALL WEEKEND.
Bathtub and Bathroom could have been cleaner ~ we found long black hairs in the tub when we first stepped in to take a shower and the tub was dingy. Plus, the bathroom floor needs to be bleached out to remove the dirty film that has developed all around toilet and tub as well as bleaching out the tub bottom. The TV kept pixelating in and out on and off whenever we were watching it. the screen kept going in and out on all the channels we tried to watch. But, ALL~in~ALL the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated.

Had read online reviews and was a bit apprehensive, but once we arrived and checked into our room, a quick visual inspection calmed our fears. This is the only hotel we could find that was pet friendly, and perhaps some of the other reviews were negative because of this, but the sheets / bed were very clean and the room was clean.
Bathtub/shower could have used a little more attention... someone previously staying in the room must have smoked in the bathroom, but overall not bad.

Room was very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds aren’t great because it looks like people probably live their so there’s more “stuff” in the parking lot. No issues with anyone though, and it was quiet! It was so close to downtown, and to Blue Mountain Vineyards where we went for a wedding.
It is a pet friendly hotel, so you can expect to hear some dogs barking. If it bothers you, don’t stay in pet friendly hotels.
