The weather. But I don’t think the staff can control that. Lol I’m not taking pictures of my room like it wants at the bottom of this thing. That’s invasive you should be ashamed. Lol you will not see what shampoo and conditioner that I use.

It was a private Evening with the girlfriend. It was quiet, the staff is great, and the price was competitive and worth every penny. It has been exactly a week and I still have yet to receive my deposit back. Great location in the middle of town what things to do in each direction.

Very clean. Supplies were restocked daily, if needed. Quiet and very comfortable.

I was charged more than the booking confirmation stated. I was told an additional tax was included. Not sure what tax considering I had already paid for state tax and the 13% tax that was added. When I asked I was told it's just tax. The no explanation and the paying more did not set well with me. When you have a receipt stating what the price is and you intend to pay that and then you are told it's more.

Everything was good, the beds was great to sleep in and clean. The water was hot long enough for a shower. The remote to the television was easy to operate. The room was clean.

The elevator was scary and a little beat up and the small refrigerator wasn't able to hold the food and drinks we had plus my mom medication. We smelled some drugs being used before we went in our room.

I added another day onto my stay and it was ez to do. It was quite n the resturant in the lobby had good drinks n good food.

I didn't like the fact nobody came to empty the trash which was overflowing or give fresh towels. They knocked to see if we were still here but thats it.

Great location Recently remodeled

VERY LOUD NEIGHBORS (2am-3am) But I must say that the SECURITY team is top notch! We reported the noise 3 separate times and they then asked them to leave the property. I was very impressed. Basically, no breakfast provided. Our choices for the continental breakfast were Pops Cereal, Wheaties Cereal, or an egg wrap. Needless to say, we went out for breakfast at IHOP.

the staff were really helpful and friendly! they helped me with all my questions and concerns! the hotel rooms were really clean as well! That’s all I really could ask for in a hotel lol 😎 it’s my second time going there so yeah! pretty great!

It was very pretty and the rooms were nice and clean. Very good location and very nice staff.

The rooms need better shower curtains because they won’t close all the way it was hard to not get water all over the floor. I was expecting like a bigger options on breakfast though. There was only breakfast burritos or cereal. I was expecting like eggs, oatmeal, grits, waffles or Pancakes or something along those lines more options. The breakfast burrito was good but I was expecting for a hotel that was that nice on the inside to have a good breakfast.

Located close to work and price is reasonable since I have to come every week

Some of the desk staff can be rude and dismissive. The manager is always late and apparently only one who can check people in. Always some issue. The hotel is very loud. I have asked for internal rooms on higher floors and keep getting put on lower, noisy areas. Days sleeper and during the day sounds like jack hammers running. I have had someone try to open my door several times while I was sleeping and woke up to find the lock ajar. Not cool!! Some drug activity going on in parking lot past few weeks. Made management aware.

Loud, I work nights and sleep days, the hotel is very loud inside and out. I could get no sleep. Sounds like jack hammer running in hotel. A lot of construction going on in hotel. The elevator is still not working and all the ice machines are out of order. They are now offering a “breakfast burrito “ since Tito’s has opened. Don’t eat it. It was nasty, not breakfast appropriate at all. Maybe more dinner item. At least they are trying, unlike other hotels. Always computers are down, lights are off or some staff didn’t show up so we can’t check you in. Very poorly ran/ managed hotel.
