We would choose this hotel over any other in the area because of the team working there. Excellent customer service. Five star, gold standard. The manager and the whole team could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, delicious. Room was very nice, quiet. Hotel is in a great location.

We had a few issues with the room on check in, but they were fixed promptly, and the manager and the team were very professional. We were very happy with the result.

The person who helped me with my check-in was excellent! I booked through Booking.com and Booking failed to complete the booking of my room. I expected to be told something like, "you will have to take that up with Booking.com, that's not our problem". The young man (dark hair, working the registration desk at 3:30 pm and again early Sunday morning) who helped me immediately assured me that my three rooms would be re-booked on site at a rate at, or below, what Booking quoted. The three room were re-booked at a lower rate. This was excellent customer service on site. Would have second thoughts using Booking again.

Very clean room, comfy bed. The front desk employees were always friendly and greeted everyone. The location really can’t be beat! Right in town and we walked to all the restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good… crispy bacon…yum! Loved the window treatments that completely shut out the sunlight when you want to. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.

I am not a morning person, so if breakfast lasted until 10-10:30, that old be better for me. Indoor pool nice but a bit on the small side.

Breakfast was awesome. The General Manager was awesome. He bailed us out because Booking.com totally screwed up our reservations. When we arrived, the reservation from Booking had not been transmitted to the hotel. Even though it was a huge festival week and the hotel was booked, the General Manager found a way to get us a room. Because I had prepaid, he even said he would deal with Booking on getting the room fee and for us to enjoy the weekend and not give it another thought.

The location was terrific. We stumbled into a festival right in front of the hotel, which was a nice surprise. We had not realied that the hotel was 15 steps off the square. Lovely facility.

Not enough towels upon checkin, no soap at all in the room, Other than that, very clean adn very comfortable beds.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's right in town so you can walk anywhere & it's relatively close to wineries & state parks. The breakfast is very good & had some different selections, like cheese omelets & pancakes instead of scrambled eggs & waffles. I really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls!

If you’re wanting to visit Dahlonega you cannot get a better at location… Just park your car and walk everywhere…

The room we had was pretty tiny and seemed like we had close quarters you could barely walk around the chair or move the chair to sit in it… Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean… It’s a fairly new hotel so I wouldn’t expect anything different… The day we checked in the person at the front desk was amazing and personable and full of information… The day we checked out and I asked The girl question and I just got an answer mumble to me….what a difference in personalities…

The staff was amazing. Always ready to help with information, suggestions, a smile. We have mention Aiden who went above to make this a memorable stay. All the girls were more than willing to help. Room was very comfortable and clean and the town was great. One of our best stays ever.

Nothing we didn’t like

inside parking deck, being in town. clean, breakfast good, staff friendly,

the dang elevators making sounds when people going and coming. our room was next to it!! water pressure was too low. bathroom door wouldn’t lock. you could hear people above us walking heavy . the sink facet would cause water to run on counter top.

The location was excellent. Nice to be able to walk around the downtown square and find a location to eat.

Road noise was loud until 10 PM then it was quiet. The room was hot and humid until I called down to the front desk to get the secret of how to turn on the AC. Price is way too high, if this wasn't business I would have selected a different option based on price alone.
