The staff was amazing -very friendly and welcoming - and by far the best we have had in a long time! They were a wonderful source of information from a local point of view for things to do and see while we were in the area. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was on 24/7. That was a plus for me! Our room/bathroom was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the TV/remote the first day, but they quickly fixed it. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.
No complaints with our stay.

I know Covid has put a damper on things and the hotel did try to accommodate by supplying microwavable biscuit sandwiches and pastries and fruit.
It would have been nice to have had an available microwave in the kitchen area instead of expecting us to return to our rooms as my husband was still resting. Plus, there were no condiments supplied ie salt, pepper, mustard, mayo packets to help make the sandwiches more tolerable. The dining room area was totally closed off so there was no place to sit (even to be outside the room for a bit)

The rooms weren't the cleanest. Definitely taken care of but they need a deeper clean then just a refresh between guests.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was nice lawn furniture to sit out on on both the patio and by the pool. The bed was not to high making it easy to get on and off of.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable we fell right to sleep.. Which we always have such a hard time falling asleep when we travel.. The ladies were so friendly Wednesday morning when we were checking out...

Older facility with no elevator which didn't bother me but might others. They offered to carry luggage to the room.

Our room didn't have the upper deadbolt lock, and the air vents were filthy.
