the coffee was very good... Cathy at the front desk was wonderful... I had a phone that was dying and a flat tire at the golf course.... no spare in the car... had no clue... got a hole in the sidewall of the tire..... the Walmart was across the street.... and had the tires.... the lady at the front dest... charged my phone and got me a ride back to my car..... she was so very helpful....... thank you

-The room was clean, with adequate amenities, and the beds were comfortable. (You can tell its an older building that's been recently renovated, and the updates are noteworthy.) -The staff was kind and helpful. -The parking lot is well lit at night. (We felt quite safe at all times--both with the hotel and the area in general.) -The location is very convenient to the North Georgia Revival.

-Covid still listed as reason for no continental breakfast--though most other hotels at least offer to-go plates. (Even a small selection would have been nice.) Although, the Dunkin Donuts is right next door, so there is at least easy access to a breakfast source.

I paid online, I accidentally ordered a one bed with jacuzzi wasn’t aware until I got to the actual hotel, front desk guy tried changing it to lower my price, it wouldn’t let him due to the fact I reserved it in advance.

For the price, I was actually very impressed. The rooms are massive, beds are massive and the bathrooms are massive. A king suite includes a pull out couch, king bed, 2 bedside tables and then the living room includes a nice desk and chair and mini fridge and microwave. And the bathrooms are plenty big!

The a.c unit in my room was difficult to figure out, but once I figured it out it done its job just fine.

It was Clean and when. We seen something that was wrong the lady gave us a different room with no questions asked and no one bothered up.. Very Friendly's place. Stayed another night and when I came in they new me by name There where amazing

The way they made you feel like they had known u for a life time.. how clean it was there.

The lots next to the facility did not compliment the facility at all and the signage was not very visible from the main road.

Staff was amazingly nice and friendly.

The HDMI cord was missing from the TV. The mattresses need replacing. The bedding is old and thin.

The front desk attendant who checked me in (I believe he was the owner or manager) was beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful!! It was definitely the most refreshing part of the stay!!

Our room was very spacious and clean, and when we first arrived and went through the lobby it was very nice and the people that we talked to was extremely helpful, honest and quite nice. The new owners haven't had it very long at all and are trying to better the business and our off to a great start. Please keep an open mind when reading old reviews that the new owners weren't running it before.
