Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus, GA

The hotel was very nice and clean. It is located in a very nice area along with other hotels and businesses. We stayed here overnight while doing a motorcycle ride to Columbus. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We didn't partake of the breakfast, although it smelled good as we were leaving. The one feature I thought was really nice that I had never seen before was a text sent to me from the company right after I checked in welcoming me and offering any services that I might need. I liked that little gesture from them. It made me feel appreciated.

I don't know of anything that I was disappointed in. The air conditioner didn't have a lot of blowing power but the air was nice and cold. Eventually the room got to the temperature that we liked.

I like that the location was close to the interstate. It made it easy to get into town or travel home. The place was cozy and the room looked very nice. I liked having a desk in the room and an actual desk chair to go with it. The breakfast was good and the sitting room area was nice. I like having a elevator instead of trying to lug everything upstairs.

Get rid of the towels and wash rags that has stains. The rags looked like they were once used for cleaning. There is water damage stains on the ceiling. It would be best to get a bucket of paint and try to cover up the stains. Other than that, everything was fine!

I stay here every time I come down to see the Riverdragons play. The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are always clean.

When we got there the toilet seat was broken and it took a 2 days to get it fixed. But it was not for lack of effort from the staff. They didn’t have the proper bolt to fix it. But they did get it fixed and apologize. Again, great staff effort.

Size of room was nice, front desk area was comfortable and that staff was nice and professional

My bathroom had a used dirty wash clothes hanging in shower rod. As well as a used bar of soap. My bed sheets looked like some just slept there. When I pulled back cover a man's underwear fell out of the foot of bed Nasty! House keepers were very loud and knocked 10 times and woke me. I was not checking out til the next date. GET A ROOM LIST!!

The staff were all wonderful and very helpful? Thomas the nightshift Conceirge was the best, he went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my B-day vacation and had h a pleasant stay. Thank You Thomas!🙂

Everything was what was what I expected...The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable...

I was pleased by the relative cleanness of the room. Reviews had not given the top cleaners awards. Therefore I had brought my own pillow. Country Inn and Suites has a good reputation to I booked because of the value and price of the room.

The pool was very clean the staff were polite, checking in was quick and wonderful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Well I paid for a much bigger room than what i got the description of the room said that it had separate living and sleeping areas and my room did not. The couch was right beside the bed. It also stated that the room had 2 flat screen TVs and it only had 1. So we actually ended up having to rent a room for our children at the motel next door so we could have some privacy and still didn't get hardly any due to the fact my youngest knew we weren't in the same building.

The location was perfect! the area was very nice!

The bathrooms need to updated, the hair dryer was covered in markers, the chair in the room was broken and the fabric was stained and filthy.

I forgot something of mine in the room worth alot of money and was a personal item. Went back to get it from there lost and found and they said nothing had been turned in when I know for a fact I left it there on the bed.

Everything is great, staff was pleasant, breakfast was hot and good, rooms were clean, location is far away enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough within a short drive to restaurants close by.

The place can use a bit of an updating but other than that, everything was perfect and comfortable!!
