clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, new building. Room was cleaned the first day.

When I first got there. there were people sitting at the desk who told me check-in would take a half hour, then directed me to a kiosk where you check in with someone on a camera (I’d rather deal with people in-person.) Also, it’s very difficult to hear what the guy on camera is saying due to background noise and the fact that English is their second language. They need to add subtitles if possible. The staff seemed friendly enough, though, and check-in took about 5 minutes There were no cups in my room the first night. They didn’t replace my ice bucket plastic the second night. I had to get a new key every night. The room wasn’t cleaned the second day.

The room is new and spacious. Bathroom very spacious and modern. Nice tv and king bed. The heater worked excellent for the winter nights in Atlanta. The tv excellent with every cable channel you can think of so entertainment was not a problem for after work relaxation. Plenty of desk space for those who work remotely.

The interaction with hotel staff through the kiosk panel was something new. Having to leave a $50 deposit for the room was also something I did not care for however, it is returned once you check out. The water temperature in the shower I did not care for. It was luke-warm at best and pressure of the water not the best.

It was a great location, there was a Bojangles next store & there was a gas station across the street, it was 2.4 from Kennesaw.

the elevater being down, my daughter is the one that actually stayed while we found another place for her to go, but she said after walking around campus all day, she did not care about walking 6 flights of stairs, but I know that can happen.

door wouldn’t stay shut in shower, toilet and sink looked a little dirty not like human waste but dark grey streaks and a toothpaste or other bottle under the vanity. no extra lock on the inside to insure the door was safe. And the door didn’t always close behind us, we had to push it closed. sign said snacks and laundry on another floor but there wasn’t anything there. the vending machine on our floor was out of many drinks and didn’t have anything diet to drink.

Everything was great. Room was fantastic, clean, nice area.

Staff was fully virtual which made the checkin process excruciatingly long and drawn out. Also got locked out of the hotel due to an early 6am check out. The doors lock, which is great, but they do not unlock with door key and there is no staff on the premises.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The kids liked the coffee station and vending machine.

I didn't like the check-in or check-out process as no one was at the front desk and I had to check in by the kiosk. It was unique but more time consuming than necessary. The breakfast hours were odd as well, being that it ended at 9:30. I'm used to it ending after 10.

I had a great experience! This hotel exceeded my expectations! The entire hotel is clean, as it's a newer hotel, and the room was amazing. The hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of eateries. Zach went above and beyond to accommodate me. The best part was the price, it was cheaper than the Motel 6 just down the road, and they had real breakfast (waffles, yogurt, cereal, latte, espresso, juice). I found my go to hotel when I'm in Georgia!

Interesting concept. Very automated like in Japan but spacious. Can't comment on staff since I couldn't understand one and the maid was helpful.

The speaker on the entry kiosk was overdriven and was like listening to airport speakers. Others in the lobby helped me decipher what was being said. I tried turning my hearing aids off but still reverb.

For the price of the room, having a free breakfast was an added value. Loved the coffee machine with lots of caffeinated options! The Hotel is new and in great shape. The rooms were very clean and updated. The GM (Sam?) was very nice and helpful. $71 to stay here was a steal compared to some of the other places close by. My room was huge!

The room doors need to be sealed to reduce some of the hallway noise.

The hotel is being renovated as well as the breakfast area. The set up will be very nice once all is finished. Variety of breakfast items: waffles, yoghurt, muffins, juices, chips... choices of different coffees. Self Service.

I would have like to know that the hotel is being renovated. It did not interfere with my stay, but the hotel could have been more up front online and lowered the price.
