The hotel was clean.

I booked a room through booking.com but got charged an additional few dollars by the hotel for taxes and then got charged for the room again by the hotel so I had to spend almost an hour trying to get it fixed. They were able to see the room charge and reverse that but not the charge for the additional taxes. I was later told that I shouldn’t have paid the extra taxes because I booked it through booking and that is an issue between the hotel and booking. Lesson learned! I also recommend looking at charges on your credit card before you leave to make sure you aren’t double booked.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The check in person was so welcoming and helpful. Morning staff friendly too but just didn’t interact as much as with check n person. Room feels a bit stark but was clean. The location is what brings it down because it is so noisy outside. The highway noise is constant and beeping back up noise seems to go on constantly. Not bad for one night stop but woke up tired.

Super clean and nice. We got a king room on the top floor facing the interstate and it was awesome! It was a little small but it was fine for just the two of us. Other comments say being by the interstate instead of on the other side of the building was loud because of traffic but it wasn’t bad at all! The tv was huge and very nice, the bathroom was very clean and my favorite thing about the bathroom was the shower! Instant hot water with a ton of water pressure that felt wonderful on my back. Also, we didn’t hear any noise during the night out in the hallway or in other rooms, it was very quiet.

There’s nothing I didn’t like

The bed and linens are lovely and comfortable. The rooms clean and appealing.

We've stayed at this property several times. Everything was wonderful except I feel the price is a little too much. We stayed last night on a Wednesday. We got there late, about 3 am . We were there less than 6 hours. The cost was 195. In a small Georgia town. It's usually around 140. Consider during the week nights, to keep the price more affordable.

The front desk associates were fantastic, both at check-in and check-out. I actually really loved the soap/lotion/shampoo dispensers that were installed in the bathrooms. Such a neat idea over the tiny travel size bottles that never seem to be enough. Our room was comfortable, the location was nice and quiet and very very clean.

Breakfast was a disappointment, I think because Covid protocols were still in place. There wasn't a lot for my vegetarian family to eat that was satisfying. Prepackaged sandwiches that are egg and cheese only would have been an improvement and still within covid protocols. We also used the indoor pool, which was very nice, and clean, but I was disappointed that there weren't pool towels available in the pool area.

The staff was amazing the pool was very nice the rooms had a very nice view Breakfast was delicious My son enjoyed the high Tech pancake maker and toaster the food variety was awesome way better then other places we have stayed rooms are very clean

The chair in the room was very dirty had food smudged all over it the soap containers in the shower and by the sink seem to never have been clean so there was really gross film slime like stuff on them other than that the room was very clean

This is the 2nd Tru we've stayed in recently. We really enjoyed the lobby where there are a lot of comfortable places to sit and relax. Also they offer games to play. It's great for families. If you stay in your room you may not appreciate it as much. We also enjoyed having showers instead of tubs.

Everything about this property exceed my expectations. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Loved that breakfast was available daily. Amenities in the property was great and it was very close to things to do like Chattanooga TN attractions. Definitely will stay again.

I liked it all

The fact I was charged twice for a one night stay. Paid thru booking before arrival then when I arrived she asked to see my ID & credit card and then charged me again. She told me to contact booking.com so I did then they tell me they contacted the hotel and that the hotel is refunding my charge but still haven't received it

Breakfast was good, location was perfect! We visited Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain and both attractions were close!

Nothing could have been better! The mural in the lobby was fabulous and all the bright colors throughout the hotel was a great touch to add fun to our stay!
