The hotel was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Our room was great, they thought of everything! comfy beds, lots of charging ports, great shampoo, conditioner and body wash right in the shower. Breakfast was delicious, tons of options and yummy coffee!
We heard a lot of doors opening closing when we went to sleep, so thin walls, but the clock has white noise settings and it drowned out the background noises.

The newness, the location, the quietness of the room, the breakfast, the tv channels including Netflix and HBO, cleanliness, location to the highway, lots of nearby restaurants
the TV remote was less than user friendly. My credit card was charged $160 even though my reservations were for $139.53 (that includes taxes and other charges). Still waiting for the credit.

Beds were comfy. Loved the kitchenette in our room and the closet space. Location was perfect. Easy access to highway and food options.
Certainly not a complaint; however, could have used a luggage rack in the room since there were three of us with luggage. I did not ask for one which might have been provided if I had.
