Baymont by Wyndham East Ridge - Chattanooga

The Baymont by Wyndham has obviously been very recently opened or completely renovated. All the fixtures and furnishings are brand new and it has very modern conveniences like USB wall ports to plug your phone cables directly into. Everything about the room, including an incredibly low price for a room with a king bed, was great with one small exception explained below. Even with that small issue will definitely stay here again. Great place right off exit 1 of U.S. 75!

Only issue with my room, #363, was that the bathtub plumping was reversed, with the hot water coming from the cold water setting and visa versa. Took a while to figure it out but once I did everything was fine. Was told by the front desk that there are 3 rooms with that problem. Suggested they let the guests given those rooms know about the issue at check-in.

The staff was great. The facility was kept very clean and it smelled clean. Their free breakfast had a good selection of food; hot cereal,cold cereal,bagels,muffins,toast,danish pastries,fruit,a waffle maker...with all the fixins,coffee and 4 juices. We enjoyed it every morning. If you are visiting Chattanooga, stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in East Ridge/Chattanooga. You will enjoy your stay. Tim and Donna.

We did not find anything that we didn't like...unless you don't like hard working staff.

I was pleasantly surprised at how very nice the motel was because it was cheaper than the room we rented on our way south. It has just reopened after renovation and it is lovely. The clerk on duty the evening of Weds Jan 31 was so kind...even after I was not so nice on the phone trying to find it! I apologized to her.

May I suggest you put the location on the address. TN exit 1 off I75. Our gps took us out in the country looking for the address but had us going on Old Ringgold Rd. in GA!

Easy access right off the highway, great big parking lot so if you have a trailer you’ll still have room to park. Entire hotel was recently renovated and everything was modern and clean. Girl at the front desk was very nice and polite. would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing bad to say. Guess if I had to pick something it would be the breakfast. Just the basic waffles and cereal type of breakfast. No real hit food like eggs or biscuits and gravy.

Easy online booking. Clean room — as expected. The BEST part is that I left my iPhone charger in the room when I checked out and when I messaged them a couple of days later later it had been turned in — WOW! That never happens! I was able to swing by on my way back through a few days later and pick it up.

The pillow weren’t so great. Since there were 4 on the bed a choice of something not so large and hard would be nice.

Everything was awesome!! The facility was clean, the staff was exceptional!! 😊😊 We had coffee and a danish for breakfast it was delicious. All the food for breakfast looked delicious. would definitely stay again.

we didnt have a remote to the tv, and since the managers room was locked, the nice gentleman at the front desk offered to switch our room. we were unpacked it was fine.

Everything was great.A brand new hotel.Clean and comfortable.The staff was nice and helpful.Great location.The room had everything I needed, including tissues in the bathroom which you rarely find anymore and most important a Bible in the room.I was impressed! Breakfast was wonderful.Great stay and value for the price.I would call it a hidden gem,also because the hotel is located in the way back behind several other hotels.

The location was good. The hotel was quite that was good. Our room was a big room and it was clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

Need brochures of what is in the area like attractions, restaurants. That would be helpful for people that's from out of town. The staff needs to be more friendly, more inviting, welcome the guest.

The location is perfect close to everything. The bed was amazing, the room was really clean.

The breakfast was horrible, it needed more variety. The staff acted like it was a chore for them to check you in or even speak to you. The bathroom needs to be updated and the door needs to be moved to open to the left instead of the right it hits the tub and shower.

Loved the beautiful, clean, updated room and furnishings. Spacious and quiet. Lighted mirror in bathroom was great. Wish I had one in my own home. Good breakfast.

Didn't love the strange metallic noise the bed made when we crawled in. Slept great, though. The two beside lights needed to work independently. They were either both on or both off.
