Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga - Hamilton Place

It was nice to have a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area. The kitchen area had plates, utensils, dish soap, and pretty much anything needed for our stay. My husband did a little work while away and was able to set up his laptop on the dining table while my son watched television on the sofa. Overall, the room was clean and spacious.

I had a very peaceful stay. We were not disturbed by staff unless we requested a service. The daily breakfast was a big plus in my book. The location was near a expansive shopping center with eateries a plenty as well as other stores, groceries clothing, shoes, etc. Thank you so much for the opportunity to share this wonderful experience with my family from all over the states. We will surely recommend this facility to other family and friends.

I can't imagine anything being better except for a FREEBIE, maybe. Perhaps a complimentary stay in the future at any location in the country. OK, now my imagination has gotten away with me. I would have liked to have had a list of eateries that deliver to this hotel available on a permanent board. I understand they got rid of the lists that were formerly in the rooms and suites. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.

There was a gentlemen on staff that was new and he was incredibly helpful and the lady that was on staff that night was very professional. My husband really appreciated how helpful the gentleman was because he came over and offered to help but he was respectful of our space and did not overly insert himself into our personal space. I also really appreciate the lady that was on staff and I have a lot of respect for the her professionalism. As a person who has also worked with the public for years, the professionalism displayed by both employees is beyond words of measure.

It’s really important to my family and I to practice safe hygiene especially during the pandemic. I was disappointed that the toilet paper was half used and the dish soap was also half used. I prefer not to use toilet paper or dish soap after the previous customers.

I did not have breakfast as I left early to get on the road. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. Staff extremely friendly. Room very clean.

The only thing I have to say is the bed wall faced the neighbors sitting room and they were obviously having a party and it was very LOUD. It was hard to fall asleep.

The hotel was excellent. Clean, spacious, nice "kitchenette". Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Everything was great. I was unaware of the distance to Chattanooga from the hotel (approx. 18 mi.) as the "city limits" exceed the city. No problem, however, we just drove a little extra and it was worth it as the hotel was perfect.

First, Kim greeted us and then got us in our room in a timely manner. it was very clean and comfortable feeling as soon as entering. The bed was super comfortable. Coffee all day. Our first room’s air didn’t work so we were put in another room and no further problems.

Need better cable tv or smart tv for streaming.

The front desk was excellent and attended to all our needs. The breakfast girls were great and the food was good.

I didn't like that the cleaning girls had to work so hard. They need more people to help

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I made a mistake on our booking dates, but the staff were able to get us checked in a day early. The suite was perfect for a small family, we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was nice, we had all the linens we needed. There were always waters and coffee available. The breakfast was really good! We were about 20 min out from every attraction, but the reasonable rates more than made up for travel time.

Very friendly and clean comfortable. Loved the set up and convience. Breakfast was awesome hot and cold options quick and sit down options. Staff on duty quick to handle any needs/questions.

Nothing really maybe firmer pillows is only thing I could even think of lol

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times the employees are friendly and very courteous

I think the hotel should update some of the furniture and amenities, it’s all rather dated and rickety also the pet fee is quite high
