good size room

No tub stopper couldn't take a bath sink drain in bathroom half broke off, looked scuzzy Toilet seat was wobbly needs seat nuts tightened. We were given the handicap room, why were we on the third floor at the very end of the longest hallway? Handicap people need close places to park, room and drive because they have problems not placed clear around the back of the longest hallway There rooms should be the closest to the elevator. Finally, the one handle in the tub area had been yanked down in the past and they just rescrewed the bar 12 inches lower and looked piece meal not professionally done. Hack job is the terms. No phone in the room and no one seemed to know that is was missing

I love how convenient it is, the food, shops and attractions. Every visit to Chattanooga I stay here. I’ve considered other properties, but always stay where I know that I will have a comfortable stay with no problems.

I like the property, just wish they had two elevators. 😁

I didnt like the fact that i had to look at 3 differnt rooms because the first one i went into was in preety rough shape needed to be updated badly and the 2nd one smelled like mildew and wet carpet then 3rd one was perfect no issues at all the only other complant i have is the toliet in the room set way to low for anyone i almost fell in the floor every time i went to the rest room

I liked the location/ surrounding area, it was just a few minutes away from everything. I also liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. The outside appearance of the hotel and price werent too bad either.

The parking situation is a mess. They have a small two level parking garage that fills up quickly when they’re sold out. If you cannot find a spot they allow you to park on the other side of the water-fountain in the roundabout in front. But all night i was concerned my car would be hit. Also, woke up to my bed leaning on one side. Not sure if the previous customers broke it and hid the damage from hotel staff but they were willing to move me.

Our initial room was not ok. There was a dehumidifier running in the room. When notified staff moved us to another room. The second room was very nice.

The room we stayed in had a toilet that had water running through it constantly.

Excellent resort style hotel in an excellent location near restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast and clean well maintained accommodations with all the amenities.

Undesirables selling drugs at the bottom of the outside steps in the back on the lower level of the parking garage. Staff member addressed them & told them he was calling the police. It appears based on discarded drug items they frequently hide there to deal & or use.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We stayed in 3 different hotels this trip and this was one of the better ones.

The breakfast. Around our area the hotels serve made to order breakfasts due to covid restrictions. The breakfast here was a sack with a muffin, fig bar & a bottle of water. It was better than at a few others but for someone that can't eat gluten, all I got was water. Atleast boil some eggs & put them in a baggy in a refrigerator so people like me can eat something.

The free breakfast was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel. The breakfast was really good. My only recommendation would be to have little individual packs of butter or margarine for the waffles.

Breakfast was bare-bones just a few packaged choices. Coffee is fresh and very good! The room was clean. Great parking Comfortable bed clean bathroom OK

The outer door didn’t shot wound from the parking lot into the hotel it was not secured. The elevator was not kept clean enough it smells really bad every day I was there.
