Hotel Simone

Stylish and modern furnishings. Fairly new property. Spacious rooms. Excellent location, close to The Village and the beach. Access to The King and Prince resort was nice!

The pool was small and not very welcoming. it’s on the rooftop and not much up there besides the pool and chairs. The pool at the King and Prince was great though

Eclectic decor was fascinating - loved the roof top pool and covered seating area during rainstorms. Liked layout of kitchenette and separate living area from bedroom and bath. Closet needed a door because it bothered me to view all my baggage out in the open. Covid Rules did not allow cleaning while we were there. Would have appreciated that although was able to obtain clean towels and additional bar of soap at front desk. Loved that we could take advantage of short walk to King and Prince to use their pool, beachfront and restaurant and charge to room. Probably will stay again, although I hope there is maid service to clean suite next time.

Wanted a cleaning daily or at least every other day over a 5 day stay.

The suites were beautiful and very comfortable.

The bathroom needed to be updated as the floors by the shower were needing to be caulked. It was not a pretty sight. The worst thing was the towels. They looked discolored and were very stiff. For the price, they should have been soft, fluffy and bright white. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she said maybe they forgot to use Downey that day. Those towels needed more than Downey. I wouldn’t have given them to a guest at my house.

We stay over on SSI a good bit but this is a small boutique hotel is our new favorite! My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. The hotel has its own pool but you can use the accommodations available at King & Prince hotel as well (bike rentals, large pool, beach access with chairs and umbrellas). The staff were so friendly. Love the decor and location is great too. The rooms are large with a separate living room/kitchen area. The bed & pillows were so comfortable that we actually asked the staff where to get our own and they provided it to us. We can't wait for our next stay at Simone.

Covid restrictions made it feel odd with no one in the lobby A protein and not just sweets and carbs on the breakfast items would be nice. What they did offer was tasty, though

Pool area didn’t look open, or I guess if so, wasn’t cleaned ( pool) of debris. It was a nice rooftop area, in general, though The garbage and no cleaning of your room due to Covid was a bit of a downer. It’s nice to have a refreshed room when you get back from the beach each day, so we missed that amenity.

Location was great. Hotel is beautiful. The Air Conditioner unit in our room was excessively loud and made for an almost sleepless night. We travel with a fan and even that did not mask the noise. The shower door also leaked. The floors are tile and this could have been a tremendous hazard. Both were reported to staff. Without these two mishaps this would be a perfect hotel.

When checking in, I believe her name was Bambi, was wonderful! Hooked me up with a great room at reasonable price! She was so polite and sweet. Hope when will be there when I come back.

The pool was too warm. Didn’t realize it wasn’t on the beach.

The location was very convenient and some shared amenities with King and Prince property just down the path. Bikes were available to check out and the spacious room was clean felt upscale. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice and concenient continental breakfast with coffee each morning. Nice deck area with small I heated pool. We were hoping an adult facility like this would have heated pool.

At times the halls and elevator area didn’t seem to be swept often though it is a busy in and out to beach and activities clientele and with few staff hard to keep up with it all. One of the security stairwell entrances did not lock. We were not sure if there was maid service, but had to request more towels and were not immediately told of some of our amenities. We found out new tid bits with each different staff member and just went with the flow.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room size was fantastic. Great location for what we were looking for for the weekend.

our mistake for not double checking. our daughter and her husband had stayed there previously. at that time, they had beach service so we didn't bring our own chairs. the beach chairs they have are so heavy that they wouldn't be practical to carry to the beach.

It was very charming, suites were a very good size! Staff very welcoming. Very clean and conveniently located. Great that they share with King and Prince! Breakfast was okay. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and they welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly!

Would have preferred a room with balcony or at least an outer room! Rooms were dark since only one window in bedroom. Wi-Fi was not good, very intermittent.
