The breakfast was delicious. You can tell time and effort was put into it. I loved the water fountain. I loved my room. You can tell my room had a lot of money put into it to renovate it. I would stay here again.

Honestly, there really isn't anything I did not like. I would ask for a dairy free creamer next time not milk, but that is nothing to complain about. They went out of their way to provide a non dairy alternative for me and I am very grateful. The only other thing is I wished breakfast was earlier. You can have it at 8:30, but I am an early riser, so I would have liked 8:00, but breakfast is at 9:00, unless you request it to be 8:30.

The grounds and rooms were spectacular!!! Everything about the place was first class. Great linens. Bed very comfortable.

The lady in charge appeared to be intoxicated when I arrived. I did not feel welcomed. I had sent emails letting her know my time of arrival. Rang doorbell twice. Left messages. When she did come to the door, she used dramatic, rude hand gestors. She was not happy that I could not do a 9:00 breakfast because I had to be at work at 9:00. She kept referring to "we". I was the only one there. The next morning she accommodated an earlier breakfast, she was delightful, well dressed and hair combed.

The place is a little charmer, and looks to be brand new inside and out although it's practically a landmark in the area. It's the first B&B I've stayed where the bathroom has a 'rain forest' shower and heated towel rack, so I've just upped my expectations of future travel sites. Clean, safe, well-decorated, and extremely easy in/out, with a great breakfast to boot!

Don't know what's going on with the internet/cable setup(s), but it needs to be looked into. Incredibly slow connections and endless wait to change TV channels. Finally left it on the Weather Channel... :(

The entire venue was above expectations. The bed and room were comfortable. All amenities were included and restocked daily. There was no disturbance by neighboring rooms. Very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was top notch divine. The menu was varied and cooked to order each morning. No need for lunch after that feast! The common areas were tastefully decorated and overflowing with history. Books, artifacts, photographs, stained glass…..so rich! Clean, clean, clean! The grounds were beautiful. Nature everywhere. There is a large pond with a fountain, a pagoda to relax under and listen to the birds and water. The owner is delightful, and so eager to share the history of his beautiful B and B. The location is perfect and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed.

The breakfast was awesome. There were healthy options and not so healthy options so we were both pleased. So nice not to have go out looking for breakfast each morning. And the choices were excellent, not your typical continental choices.

I would have given a ten in rating except for the fact that the elevator was not working at the time we were there. I had my 87 year old aunt with me so this was disappointing.

We stayed in Palm Court and the room was amazing. Very clean and exactly like the photos online. The large tiled shower was great and the towel warmer and heat lamps were a bonus. We liked sitting in the private screened balcony at night listening to the fountain in the pond. All of the landscaping on the property was perfect. Mrs. Debi was an awesome hostess and very informative about the locations of things around the island and good places to eat.

The ice machine in the hallway could use an upgrade. Although the mini ice machine was full when we went to get ice, it sat on the floor so you had to squat down to get to the ice and the individual cubes were all frozen together in a big block of ice.

Room was so awesome. We had the suite with a sitting room and extra half bath as well as full bath with both shower and Jacuzzi tub. Everything was top of the line. Beds were adjustable with massage. Mini fridge,microwave and coffee maker in room. Nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy coffee or glass of wine. Breakfast included and was Devine. The crepes were so good. The grounds were beautiful. Very convenient to all of st. Simons. Deb the owner was informative and made sure our stay was enjoyable. There is even an elevator to access second floor if you are unable to use stairs.

The breakfast was delicious each morning. Our hostess, Debbie, was very helpful with suggestions about area restaurants & things to do. The grounds were lovely, with a very pretty fountain that was lit up at night. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again.

The room was fantastic, loved the bathroom’s double vanity and spa tub especially! (Treetops Room) The breakfast was delicious too and everything was very fresh. The property itself is gorgeous as well. Great location, very close to a shopping and restaurant strip right on the shore. 20 min drive from Jekyll Island, about an hour and a half to Savannah. Plenty of fun places to explore in the area.

No complaints, had a great time!

lovely property. our room was wonderful. heated towels, incredible shower. large room with private sitting area and a balcony. Debbi’s presented wonderful breakfast that were delicious and pretty!
