I live in a town close to there and I’ve stayed there before and love it there .
The elevator was not working and I left the key in the room and got locked out and the office was closed and there nobody was on the property got the answer service and that somebody would call me shortly so I climbed the outside the resort and got in because we had left the balcony door unlocked so I got in and it took over a hour before I got a call back from someone and it was after 1 o’clock in the morning when I got locked out

It was excellent and very romantic. Great location and is close to everything. Just a beautiful place. Also very festive for Christmas.
The only issue I ran into was that the elevator was out of service. Being the weekend they were having difficulty getting someone to repair it. Of course, it is only three flights and the exercise was very good for me.

Beautiful property with design and decor you just can’t find anymore.
The property could certainly use some maintenance in some areas. Overall, I’m more than happy with my experience, but having the restaurant open, and a little bit of maintenance on the rooms would help this place excel

Great ambience and large rooms
The hotel is going through a complete renovation and update. We will come back again and check it out after completion. Sorry they didn't inform us about it before we arrived after a 5 hour drive!
