Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, good location

Water pressure in the shower is pretty low and water is so soft it takes a few minutes just to rinse your hands off. This location offers valet parking but it's a bit pricey at $35 a day. So we opted out to park in the public garage right across the street for $12 a day instead

Everything… this was our first trip to Savannah, GA and want to say, the people working in every department are extremely talented and passionate about what they’re doing. Incredible valet guys, front desk personnel, room attendants, food service workers. Breakfast was the biggest surprise with the biggest continental breakfast choices I ever seen. Great Job with the Concierge, pretty sure her name may be Lisa, but had a blast talking with her. Every one there deserves a bonus for a job well Done but the one minus is the tiny pool, I would change that to a secret garden to enjoy a glass of wine, with twinkling lights and history of Savannah and showcase artifacts. We wanted to swim, pushed open the door and never stepped one foot inside the bath house. That pool would look super cute in my backyard but provides the only disappointment we felt from your hotel. Price was the most I ever spent to stay anywhere but said what the heck, and realized it was well worth it! Thank you for your hospitality and wish I worked my career in an environment like that. Could have been cleaned better. Our bathroom had hair all over and the shower stall was dirty. I used a washcloth to stand on. And if you don’t know you have to pay $28.00 per day for parking. I would rather stay at the hotel down by the river, food is cheaper,and it’s cleaner then down town.

Everything: competent front desk personnel, hot breakfast, good size rooms and bathrooms, multiple outlets and a good hairdryer. Good price, location, parking facility attached (paid extra daily rate) with valet service.

One day our room was not cleaned, called front desk when we returned that night and was told they only service rooms every other day. I asked for, and did they did bring us, clean towels since our had all be placed on floor under sink vanity for housekeeping when we left that morning. When I mentioned this to front desk clerk, our clerk called out the head of housekeeping to front desk. Housekeeping Manager told us that was not true. That they were certainly servicing rooms daily again, (had only stopped daily service during Covid epidemic). She asked for our room number and said she personally would make sure our room was serviced, even if she had to do it herself.

Location is great, around 10 to 15mints walk to river street area. The size of the room is great, bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large enough. shower is great (water is vey hot) There's desk and chair for computer which is great for business traveling purpose. Warm Breakfast is good for a fresh start of the day. Valet parking is convenient, valet service is located in the lobby (next to the entrance) when you choose the valet service, you just leave the car in front of the entrance hall, and enter the building, find the Valet dest, provide the room number and name, then leave the car key with them, you will get a QR code, whenever you need your car, just scan the QR code and submit the request to Valet.

air con/heater machine is a bit noise when they are ''in action'' the machine created a loud noise when operating and when it reach the setting (temperature), it stop, so the machine has a repeating loud noise --- start, stop, re-start, stop...... earplugs help :)

Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was adequate.

We were advised there would be no housekeeping services, which was fine. However, on two days when we were in the room, someone entered our room without knocking. One day it was a female, the next day it was a male. We advised the front desk and the manager. They said they were confused on which room they were supposed to go to. Still no reason for not knocking first.

The Hotel and room was very nice and the location to the historic district was great.

There were restrictions due to COVID so we had to ask for additional towels and breakfast wasn't much. I personally don't like valet parking for multiple night stays, I like the freedom to take things to and from my vehicle and they are not responsible for items left in the vehicle(we had a lot packed for our month long trip). There is a parking garage across the street that is much cheaper and well lighted.

Perfect location just outside historic area. Close enough to walk to the center of Savannah. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the stay great. The free breakfast was very good. More than enough food.

The hotel is older and could use a remodle and some minor repairs. The shower ceiling was wet and pieces had fallen. We were offered a new room, which was awesome. The pool water was not clear and you couldn't see the bottom of the 4ft depth. Which made it unusable for me.

Stop all the undisclosed added pricing, 35 dollars to park my car at your hotel , really I didn’t see that on the web, I asked on line for a 11 to 12 check in, was not problem, when I get there at 12 no one at the front desk, this rude black lady said we would have ti wait until 4 to check in, when I got the bill I was shock at all the undisclosed added pricing what the hell, I have my e mail copy and keep looking at the bill unreal

The location was excellent for the walk over to the Civic center.

The price was high for the location. Having to pay $35 for parking and not knowing the price ahead of time wasn't nice. And not being told that there was construction going on when I made my reservation wasn't good either. I was awakened by the noise at 5am. The booths in the dining area were in bad shape. The seats were ripped and old. I would have expected to see better quality for the price.
