Comfort Inn & Suites Valdosta

Cean and comfortable. Fridge was busted but replaced quickly. Pool is small but still nice. Front desk was attentive and kind.

The offer is nice, but the comp breakfast wasn't great, okay variety. Tiny hot plate turned off 830 clean up started way before 930. Coffee and juice bar were refreshing. Also, I could hear other guests very clearly in my room, in the hallways, and even from down below, especially through the room's bathroom vent.

Room was large. High ceilings, plenty of counter space to place items.

Found hairs on sheets. Had to get clean sheets and remake the bed ourselves. It was also quite loud. You could hear the noise from upstairs and it was pretty loud...just the sound of people walking around, it wasn't like a party going on or anything. Was disappointed that it was so loud. Ceiling / walls must be thin. We were on the first floor, so I don't know if that makes a difference in the noise level.

The location of the property was within walking distance to many dining options. Checking in was a quick process. The front desk agent spoke clearly and accurately about the reservation. I was impressed by the size of the room - nice high ceiling. Loved that a fridge, microwave and hair dryer were provided in the room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning functioned properly. The bathroom was pristine and very bright! Enjoyed the offerings for breakfast - hot waffles, fresh fruit and other accompaniments like toast and cereal. The morning attendant was cheerful and did a great job keeping the buffet clean and well stocked. Checking out was just as simple as checking in.

i loved the property but it was one staff in particular that was really rude and not friendly at all. she worked in the breakfast area. We were running late for breakfast this morning (4-17-22) It was like 9:15 she had already removed the milk, grits and the waffle maker. She didn't say good morning and she was just slinging and slamming stuff around and steady removing the little contents that were left for breakfast. My grandson did get to eat a little of the dry cereal before tossing them in the trash because he couldn't eat them dry. Nevertheless we went on to McDonald's. The girl that worked the morning before was very polite and friendly.

Room was very large (more so than expected), staff were friendly and efficient at their job. Eating area large and clean, friendly staff. Easy to check in and out and the location was convenient close to the interstate (we had a one night stay on our way from Tennessee to home in Florida).

The breakfast was ok, some elements good like pancakes, others like sausage and bacon were low quality. The room was a bit worn and there was damage to the wall from one of the chairs (not caused by us) though the staff handled no problem.

We had a short stay and enjoyed the Waffle House beside this location for breakfast, as we had an early journey out but the space for breakfast looked clean and inviting so I'm sure it's nice. The rooms were larger than expected for this area and we were happy to find a great place to stay for the weekend. We also enjoyed food at the Wharf Seafood, Sam's Carryout BBQ and Hug in a Mug for smoothies, chai latte's and their famous frozen Hawaiian Frappe. We really enjoyed our stay in Valdosta. The room was clean and the location was perfect right down from the highway. The staff was very polite and ensure that me and my sister had rooms on the same floor as close as possible.

I think everything was great but the vending machine on the floor was not working. We had to go down to the desk to get the drink but it wasn't that big of a deal, I would definitely book here again.

This Comfort Inn is a sister property to the Holiday Inn and Conference Center next door. It has a number of free EV chargers, all of which seemed to be working fine. The room was adequately sized and comfortable, and breakfast was included. We have stayed in their sister property and actually prefer this one over it. It is very convenient to I-75 and several restaurants.

The breakfast was OK, but there was no fruit offered, and we would have preferred Almond milk, but none was available.

The breakfast area was clean and an adequatre breakfast was prepared. The staff person was very attentive to keeping the breakfast bar stocked and tidy. I liked the bacon and the waffle offering. There was a selection for anyone to get their day started.

no complaints on my part as there was something to make you a breakfast whether fruit, toast or cereal etc.

When we pulled out the couch bed there were no seats and it was very dirty underneath like it had not been vacuumed for a while not only were their crumbs but there was somebody's pen left over there was no vent in the bathroom for when you took a shower and it was hard to get the hot water to start flowing without trying to scold yourself what's the problem. Only thing I would wish is that it would be a two room suite so our kids could have been separated more
