Comfort Suites

The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and had no problem sighing into the internet. Check in was easy! The pond behind the hotel was really nice with little turtles in it.

The hotel is nice but not worth what they are charging. The room was clean, but we did find a big empty liquor bottle in the pull-out couch. Some of the hotel was under renovation but we didn't hear any construction noise. We heard people talking very loudly the first night and a little on the second night. I would stay here again if the price was lower.

Clean facilities

There was a flaw in the system and so my transaction didn’t go through. I was called at 3am in the morning to be told that my transaction hadn’t went through. It was very rude and thoughtless. The receptionist that was checking me out the next day on Friday Oct 25th that morning was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen. She was talking loudly announcing that my card had been declined and the entire time the card had already been charged but they tried to keep running the card. I ended up paying with a credit card and leaving. Nice facility but nasty receptionist. I wish I knew her name. Whoever worked that morning was not the right person to handle situations like that.

Didn't eat the breakfast, food allergies. We stay at this same place several times a year. It is a great location for easy access onto 75, restaurants close by. We enjoy the friendly staff, the rooms are clean and newly renovated. It has a great atmosphere, ice cold lemon water upon arrival and happy hour drinks and snacks in for the evening.

I went to three hotels looking for a place to stay while traveling long distance. This was the only place that wasn't disgusting, noisy, or made me uncomfortable because of the area. This hotel was clean, friendly, quiet and safe. The rooms were just as I would expect, everything worked well, beds were comfortable, a lovely sitting area was useful. Food options were close by. Breakfast was available, well stocked, clean and maintained throughout breakfast. Employees were relaxed, friendly, competent. I was in a panic thinking I was going to have to leave Valdosta to find a place to stay and was very happy to find the Comfort Suites.

My directions on the phone did not lead me to the parking lot. You have to turn off N. St. Augustine, towards Holiday Inn Express and go past that hotel to get to the Comfort Suite parking lot.

We have stayed here several times and the service is always amazing. Happy hour is a bonus where you can get a wine or beer and munchies to take to your room or enjoy in the lounge meeting new people and sharing stories. Rooms are always clean, comfortable cozy and big.

Nothing to say as everything here has always been wonderful.

I LOVEDDD HOW CLEAN IT WAS!! Although we brought our on sanitizing stuff, I really felt like I didnt need to use it. (Still did tho) Everything looked and smelled really clean. The room was the perfect size for my crew of 7

I wasnt a fan of the employee. When we 1st arrived the guy at the counter was on the phone, probably with another customer so I understand that. But we were just standing there for a good 10 mins. I expected him to at least acknowledge us and let us know he will be with us in a moment. He didnt say anything to us until he got off the phone. Later that evening I called the front to find out what time the pool closed. The person that answered told me the times and immediately hung up! Didnt ask if needed anything else. I didnt even get to tell him thank you because he hung up so fast! Whoever that was just needs a little coaching on customer service skills that's all.

Great facility—super clean, everything worked, friendly staff, very comfortable! The only 2 things negative I would say is the pull out sofa NEEDS to be cleaned between each guest. It was very dirty and my son would not use it as bed and slept on it as a couch. Also, we had a lagoon view (bonus, we didnt expect that) and there is alot of trash around/in the lagoon. That should be regularly maintained for a beautiful view that it is.

Deep clean sofa beds between ea guest. Treat them as guaranteed additional beds, because they are. And trash/litter in the lagoon, that brings down the respect for nature.

We have stayed here multiple times. We love seeing the same amazing staff, clean and spacious rooms, happy hour .. location is perfect and easy access to restaurants and coffee....iced lemon water in the lobby. We will continue to stop and stay here.

Clean room that smelled wonderful, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, with clean appliances. Sofa bed wasn’t broken and dirty (like in Montgomery, AL Comfort Inn & Suites yesterday…☹️). This place made up for that bad experience. Wonderful and helpful staff. Breakfast was good as well. 🥰

Pleasant staff, really nice. Location was perfect for where we were going. Nice breakfast.

Unfortunately, we had a mishap with the staff charging me twice, but she immediately corrected it and gave me the proof of the correction in case I needed it.
