The receptionist was very kind, welcoming and respectful..

Female cook...I came down w/o my other three family members, but had to give her my complimentary breakfast ticket. I asked if this would be a problem when the other three came down and a male employee stepped in and said it wouldn't be a problem so I walked away. While I'm getting breakfast she began talking about me to the male employee. This upset me because i find it very disrespectful to talk about a guest in their presence....I did address her since she was telling him that's all she had to say as if i weren't clear in re of the problem that could of arose..Just distasteful, unprofessional and rude.. Only rude employee during our stay.

I told the cook the oatmeal that he prepared was the best of any I had eaten at breakfast buffets in hotels. I know this isn't a big thing, but it meant a lot to me. Very friendly staff, too. Served with a smile, even with a mask. Hard to find these days.

There was a problem with our door lock working. We couldn't unlock the door, even with the manager's master key. After a few trips to the front desk and back to our assigned room, we were finally able to get into a different room and get settled in. The management was great through this entire process though and I commend them greatly for their show of concern and prompt attention to the matter.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and it was close to a lot of restaurants so the location was pretty nice to. It is across from a mexican restaurant and they have some really good authentic food. I would stay here again if I am visting Valdosta.

My room wasn't properly stocked, we had to go down to get towels, wash clothes, extra sheets for the sofa bed and tissue.

We had a burger in the bar with drinks, the burger & fries were very tasty. Just by sitting there we found they were out of several items missing for mix drinks for other customers, but didn’t affect us. The bar lady was a hustler, going back and forth from bar to kitchen, all the while keeping a smile on her face, hard to find now days. OOPS, message should go above, what we did like!!!!!

We have stayed here a couple of times and out of all the hotels we have stayed this is by far the nicest, cleanest, staff is always so nice and helpful and the beds are comfortable. Definitely when we come see my son we will stay here.

Had to let management know that there were people on our floor smoking weed, when we left at around 10 at night to go see our son at work as soon as we opened the door you were engulfed with the weed smell. But when we got back around 12:30 we didn't smell it. But I did tell the people at the front desk. Also hotel was booked and limited parking, people were just parking wherever

convenient.

Dirty! When our sons started at valdosta state, it was so nice and clean. now the main floor by the pool smells like pee bc of the dogs staying there. all of the carpet on the floors are dirty. the walls and doorways in the room and the tub were filthy. I told my wedding guests to stay there in august but will be telling them now to change hotels.

The breakfast was good! The bar was nice for a night cap. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Pillows suck! The juices and breakfast self serve items were mostly out and didn’t get refilled while I was there. Seemed to be under staffed for breakfast although there were only 4 tables filled.

The hotel was very clean, and the employees were extremely nice.

We didn’t like how we had to pay extra for breakfast that didn’t even look appetizing. One of the card scanners to enter the building near the pool didn’t work and we had to walk to a different entrance.

Best hotel included breakfast ever. Really appreciated the variety as well as the China dishes and real silverware, no plastic.

The only thing missing was there was no shampooin our room, I’m sure that was unintentional.

Cleanliness, soaps in bathroom, some staff.

Breakfast- some items potatoes. sausage cold. Direct TV in room did not work. Called front desk to inquire numerous times no answer.
