The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Mr. Bill was the gentleman that assisted with us getting checked in and I must say he was extremely nice and made us feel right at home. We now know where we will be staying everytime we visit our child at college and will be sure to refer our friends and family as well. It made us feel better knowing our Daughter will also have a safe place to stay when we are unable to accompany her on any preschool visits. Thank you Mr Bill for all you did to make our stay exceptional. May you continue to be blessed with all your future endeavors.

So thankful for this staff! Alec! Jonathan. Margaret. So helpful and kind. Bistro people. Very quiet comfortable let us bring our dog, all very kind to him . Renewed stay a couple times already because of storm at home and can’t get back, very accommodating. Beautiful pool and grounds, well kept. All the staff, very nice and helpful. So appreciate Alec! Very calming and reassuring.

We appreciated everything

Although we had booked a room with breakfast, unfortunately we were told that there was no breakfast available. That's the reason for a 9 and not a10. The location was great, not directly next to 75, but still close by. Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. And pretty close to the Baseball fields we had to go to every day. All the staff members we talked to were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room, it was very clean and really pretty. We had a very positive experience!

The only issue we had was the lack of breakfast after booking a room with breakfast. Other than that ho problems. The only other thing I can think of, is that the bathroom fan was very loud.

I liked how the staff went the extra mile to assist us. They were accommodating to our large family and even understanding and compassionate with the three disabled members.

It was a bit pricey, but the customer service more than made up for it. Also, I am used to being able to eat on-site.

The quiet and cleanliness were foremost. I am used to a firm temperpedic mattress. Your mattress was fine, but for the back and neck a temperpedic is better, also having at least one pillow made by the “Pillow Man” as the ads call him would be good for many people with aging or injured necks.

Breakfast was great. I am not much of a Breakfast person, but I found the selection of Food items to be very pleasing.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The jerk above us brought his pet elephant with him. The ceiling not only thumped but squeaked. It sounded like loose floorboards or someone doing construction.

Beds very comfortable. I like a softer bed and the bed did not disappoint.

Looks like they are updating which is good. But this is for all hotels. They want us to reuse our towels which is not a problem but the provide no where to hand all towels. Only room to hang one. Provide more towel bars, no hooks towels don’t dry on hooks. Provide an outlet in shower toilet room for a night light. Nightlight is important Hotel is old and no amount of remodeling can hide that fact.
