Look's like they have done a lot of renovations, very nice rooms and hotel.

We selected a handicapped room but the tube was very high and I can't imagine using it if I was in a wheelchair. They did have plenty of hand rails.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting eating places. THe room was easy to get to- we didn't have to lug our luggage around elevators and steps. The bed was very clean- we checked! The room next to ours was open with the bed all taken apart and a fogger placed. That made us interested in any bug possibilities, so we stripped the beds and checked. The linens were spotless, as was the mattress! Bugs happen- this hotel was taking care of some problem and thats doing good business! New carpet in hallway, and our room carpet was not new, but clean.

A good breakfast is a bonus- but this is one. Coffee and a packaged muffin. This is not a reason to avoid the hotel, the important parts of our room were clean. But there was a lot of dust on things like pictures and the tops of the plugs and outlets. Not a deal breaker, but it could use some attention.

The service was great for my check in stay, the Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, also a quiet place to relax. The only disappointment was that there was no coffee center inside the room such as in other hotels. But overall, it was a good stay.

A coffee maker center inside the room would have been great to enjoy in the morning. There wasn't a waste basket in the bathroom, and more hand towels were needed. Since the Fall and Winter will soon be here, some extra blankets for the bed would be good.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly and the location is the best!

I was told I was upgraded to a business double bed room on the second floor, but that wasn't the case. I was moved to the first floor, which was a great location, but it wasn't an upgrade. I've stayed in the business room before and it was more spacious. If you're a light sleeper, then the noise outside will wake you.

Bed was a little hard /stiff kinda hurt my back Im used to a pillow top/

Usually I have a nice experience but this time wasn't the best. I was supposed to have had an upgraded room but it didn't feel like it. The wall had speckled spots as if holes had been in the wall. The tv kept changing channels on its own so it was hard to watch the shows you wanted to watch w/o the tv changing on your favorite parts. And it wouldn't stay off after you turned it off so I had to unplug it just to get some sleep. The air conditioner kept making running water noises.

I've always been grateful for the friendliness of the staff, and a sweet member (Ms. L) actually took the time to have coffee with me in the morning and discuss my anxiety about having breakfast with my daughter. THAT EXTRA HUMAN CARING is just that extra mile this hotel always goes through somehow when i'm there to make me feel special, not just like just another number. Ms. Terry was super nice for chatting with me too. They turned a nervous trip into a True Enjoyable Vacation with Delicious Coffee and of course, a safe clean room. what more could i ask for?!? :)

We usually stay there, we like the location, check in/out is flawless. Rooms are clean and kids love the pool.

They charged an Authorization charge equal to the entire stay 2 hours after I paid for the room, which has never happened before, and took 5 days to drop off. The Manager Terry Howell was extremely rude about the entire ordeal when questioned about it. There was also drug activity and the police were patrolling off and on during the evening, so that was a little unsettling.

The hotel was close to I-75 and near gas and restaurants. And it was set close to other clean businesses. As for accommodations, the room was clean and and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. And having some food available for breakfast was a plus.

The A/C unit fan did not want to stay in the on position. It kept cutting off during the night. We didn't need the A/C itself as the temperature dropped during the night,. but having the fan stay on kept from having a completely silent room. We prefer some constant background noise to sleep.

My wife is extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness and this is one of the few hotels/motels under $100 a night that she gives a thumbs up for cleanliness. For an older motel, it was very clean and the non-smoking room was oder-free.

The water pressure for the shower is extremely weak. Most hotels/motels are using water saving shower systems that result in low pressure, but this one is probably the weakest one I have experienced. No coffee maker in the room There were several places where there were holes in the rug.
