Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Valdosta, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to drop our bags in our room 4 hours before check in so that we didn’t have to tote them to wolf adventured with us. Breakfast was AMAZING. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice and clean.

The only unfortunate thing was the soap pumps in the shower were clogged so when they came unclogged they sprayed everywhere. Otherwise no complaints!

previews a pancake maker, but unfortunately they cannot get pancake mix right now. i specifically booked this hotel because of the pancake maker so I was disappointed when there wasn’t any pancakes. also stated they had cereal but didn’t see any cereal anywhere. the eggs were like an omelette with cheese and it was soo cold and not very appetizing.

We arrived at the property, just off I-75, hoping to charge our Tesla overnight. The hotel has several Tesla and a few generic EV chargers, but the Tesla chargers were down. However, the front desk was quite helpful and offered us free charging at their sister property, the Comfort Suites, just next door. It was as close to our room as the hotel's chargers! The room was reasonably sized and comfortable with 2 queen beds, a sofa and a quite large TV. There is a small refrigerator but no freezer. The bathroom is a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable and there was a breakfast Buffet with hot food options.

Due to the proximity to I-75 there is some muffled road noise. The heating system was pretty loud going on and off during the night. With the exception of a few over ripe bananas, there was no fruit on the buffet.

I really like the cleanliness and the dove products.

The hall light staying on and shining through the cracks of the door. Also the way the breakfast is set up doesn't make sense. Why would you put the plates and the forks in the middle when people are starting at the end of the counter?

I like that the hotel room that we stayed in had cozy beds. The shower was really nifty in that it didn't have those pitiful little bottles of shampoo. But rather had big dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The staff was also really friendly and the hotel was fairly close to all of our vacation destinations. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Location very close to highway I75 easy access. Breakfast was very good choice of hot and cold breakfast. Clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet got a good nights sleep which I much needed as this was a one night stop on my way to Charlotte for race.

Once moved to another room, better smell and felt cleaner.

Requested another room, didn't realize we were in a pet friendly room. My granddaughter has allergies. Receptionist was accommodating after a long discussion 😡

I travel through Valdosta on the way to Disney about every 2 years. We also have family in Valdosta. We always stay at this location because it is convenient and close to the Smokin Pig for dinner as well.

There is nothing we did not like. Its always exceptional.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel has full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which was great. The breakfast was great.

The other guests were loud and stood in front of our room talking and slamming doors very early in the morning. Nothing the hotel could have done about that.

My family enjoyed the breakfast. We were there for a day at the theme park, wild adventures park.

Well my family would have like a different brand of soap. Like a antibacterial brand.
