it was clean and well kept.
The only issue I had was that there were a group of children in the room above me that the staff didn’t deal with in an effective manner- in my opinion. They gave me a different room when I asked, but I feel that I should have needed to ask. It was like I had to fix the problem myself by switching rooms. I spend more for the better hotels to avoid these kinds of issues. It was the first time getting out since my heart surgery, so I found the situation extra stressful.

We loved our suite. It was very spacious and clean. The room made us feel like home away from home which was nice because we needed a quick get away. We appreciated the modern amenities in the bathroom,
It would have been nice if we were offered a complimentary item of our choice.

Everything was very nice from breakfast. Room cleanliness was excellent. Location was perfect.
Bed frame was a little noisy. Mattress was a little too hard for me. The Iron didn’t work but guest services replaced with working one.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was great and comfortable. Loved the fruit, eggs, sausage and oatmeal. There was something for everyone.
I wish there was a second chair in the room. It would have been easier to make 2 people more comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get free internet usage. Would not connect to Zoom.

When we first walked in, we were greeted by Greg. He was extremely nice and appeared to truly care about the happiness of the guests. We headed to the room and the first thing I noticed Was how clean everything was. The place looked spotless and we were very pleased.
I cannot really think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast had many options. From egg omelets w sausage and / or fresh fruit. Waffles, bagels, and cereal. Location was central to many places to eat and shopping.
Electrical outlets at bedside table and desk were not working and had to change rooms period

The facility was very aesthetically pleasing. It was very clean and smelled nice We were not to disturbed at all by staff or other guests.
The TV operation was difficult. Could not use guide, had to click through the stations one at a time.

The price is crazy high but it’s because of the big power plant near so they charge high and the other hotels around are trashy. So sad that they can do this. 😞
