Holiday Inn Express - Bethlehem, an IHG Hotel

Pretty decent place. You can’t hear the traffic on the Highway. There are plenty of places to eat and a Cinema close by. All walking distance too.

Our room smelled odd. I did attempt to tell this to the front desk lady. She giggled and dismissed it with a comment: “I’m sorry about that. They all smell weird.” I’m telling you, imagine you coming back from a picnic and emptied your cooler but forgot to dry it. A few days later you open that same cooler and it has a weird moldy smell. That’s exact what the room smelled like. That was the only major thing that made this stay uncomfortable. I was there for a wedding and had to spray my clothes a few times to ensure I didn’t smell like the room.

Very nice place to stay! Everything about this hotel was awesome. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was roomy and had a large walk in shower with large, heavy duty doors. Parking was pretty decent and was close by to a lot of food and drink options.

Shower water pressure was lacking. I understand water conservation and can applaud the effort. Just wish it was a little bit more. Breakfast was average. I was hoping for a little more wow factor.

The omelettes were delicious. Coffee hot and fresh at breakfast. The furniture configuration that had a place to set your luggage, which metal strips so it didn't harm the furniture, was great.

I could hear my next door neighbor snoring each night. One day I left at 8:30 a.m. and got back at 5:15 p.m. and my room had not been cleaned.

I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers inside the shower I think that is awesome overall the hotel room was clean and very comfortable the staff was great I just don't think that the staff member in the morning was knowledgeable of special rates she didn't know what to tell me or just didn't want to tell me or give me the discounted rate for future stays in regards to employer discounts from the program which I know it exists but she just didn't want to tell me what companies give discounts if you stay at the Holiday Inn😕

That there isn't a discount on weekly or monthly stays given that there's nothing around Bethlehem only the restaurants right next to that hotel I believe that the cost is too much for even the nightly stay.. but it is the only hotel in that area it's the only hotel surrounding Monroe Carl Bethlehem in winder so that's probably why it's over $120 for one night for a basic room too.

Reserved a room for 2 Queen bed and a put out chair got they're and they did not had my room they told me that it was overbooked so I had to get extender room with just 2 Queen balso they charged me 169 and still took out the $288 that wasn't supposed to be take a note

Nice friendly staff, great location, and the room was really clean. I traveled with my 2 sons and my hard to please teen was impressed that I didn't have any complaints.

The hotel is a little thin, lol, meaning I could hear people walking, mumbling...I heard a car start early in the morning and all with my sound machine going. I also think breakfast should be 7:30 until 10:30.

Very clean. I didn't expect much from this part of Georgia, but I found stuff to do. We really enjoyed ourselves and the room setup was comforting.

The early check in fee was insane and extremely anal about it 1 hour prior to check in. Would be totally understandable for a busy area like Atlanta or Houston but in the outskirts of Bethlehem? Haha

The fact that I messed up my reservation name, the staff went above and beyond to fix sand access the problem, even though it was my fault! Very pleased say how big the time were. A little pricey though. But worth it!

The location. The staff was nice whenever we had a question or request.

The price seems to high for the location . We stayed in another Holiday Inn Express the next night and paid $80 less for a bigger room. The breakfast needed to be restocked.

The location was great and the breakfast was good.

The first room we entered had a musty smell but the front desk representative, Keisha, was amazing and moved us to another room within minutes.
