Sleep Inn & Suites

The location was okay, but that wasn't an issue with us because we had a car. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. No eggs or sausage, but otherwise good. Our room was very clean. We'd agree with another reviewer that there were several tiny black spots on the bottom sheet, and also one on the bedspread, but as parents and grandparents, we know how that happened. At some point, a child got hold of a vis-a-vis permanent marking pen! Either that, or a permanent pen got mixed into the hotel laundry. Not a serious problem, and it certainly didn't make us fee that the room was unclean.

Probably a bit more choice at breakfast.

Loved my room and where it was located The beds were very comfortable Room was very clean The only thing that disappointing me was the breakfast The orange juice machine was broken and apple juice tasted kinda twangy Since I came down for breakfast around 7:30 Instead of refreshing the biscuits with new ones they had been microwaved to keep warm and were hard in some areas But overall it was a great experience Will definitely stay again !

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The carpets need to be cleaned. The staff and accommodations were great. They need to make sure appliances in the rooms work. My microwave didn't. Office chair was crap but they replaced it with a brand new one. I will be staying at the sleep inn suites again next year with out a doubt.

Judy at check in desk was extremly helpful. She helped with questions about area of town. Judy was helpful with this Lady traveling alone and refresh my memory of area. Price was more than i usually pay to stay in area. i had to be in town from Kentucky to see my 40 yr old son. not come to town for UGA game. Hope to stay every time i come in town at a lower price ( not a game day)

Incredibly kind staff~ Late night Manager Daniel was great. Room was spacious and beds were really comfy. The hotel is under renovation right now and our room had brand new carpets. Good water pressure in the bathroom and AC worked well too.

Parking lot is small. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable. A little far from downtown but quiet and safe area.

This location is convenient to just about everything . Shopping is easily accessible. The breakfast was good every morning that we stayed , staff is nice and accommodating. Cleanliness could use a little work , but I tend to have high standards. The night staff at the front desk could use some training , as she spent most of her time outside smoking and partying with the “guests/friends”. Overall , we would stay at this location again .

Cleanliness , washer and dryer need maintenance, night staff is bad.

Excellent cleaning services, very good front office staff, very nice bathroom, very comfortable mattress and bed covers, thermostat/heating/cooling that worked very well, microwave and refrigerator of good size for a hotel room and also worked well.

Could hear voices in the next room too well; thankfully it was a person similar to us in quietness. Room was a bit dark, even with all lamps turned on.

Beds were comfortable, room smelled great, and was clean. Easy access and I felt safe.

When checking in, the front desk clerk needs to be trained to be courteous and nice instead of a smarty. Couldn't check in for 45 minutes after check in time. There was hair in the tub....little curly hairs. Breakfast was okay, help didn't show up, but the girl did all she could winging it.

The breakfast was okay because it was a little cold. The selection was very limited. I would have liked an apple for a choice of fruit. They only had bananas.

The sink in the bathroom was stopped up with something. It was reported to housekeeping on the first day we left to go out but on returning, I noticed that it was still blocked. I told my husband not to call the front desk complaining because they probably already knew since I had already reported it to housekeeping being that they are the ones in and out of rooms daily checking and cleaning. Other than that our overall experience was good.

I loved the kindness of the staff and their ability to accommodate my requests. While they were simple requests (i.e. getting cutlery after ours, late check out, etc.) I was very pleased.

I chose a non-smoking room which had a very clean and pleasant smell, but I must have been close to a smoking room because it was a little smelly in the hallway.
