staff was exceptional and friendly!! We were in town for a swim meet and they allowed us a later checkout for my kids to shower and take a nap before having to go back to the meet in the evening. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was super kind and helpful. Loved the location to UGA and restaurants and shopping.

the only thing we all did not like were the mattresses were so hard and had a dip in the middle. the pullout bed mattress was awful as was the couch to sleep on.

Breakfast selection is very nice with a large variety of offered choices. Linda, who works all but 2 days a week starts your day with a smile while making certain all your breakfast needs are met. The staff was always very accommodating with any special requests made.

Layout of the room was perfect. Great features like the light up desk and lamps with USB ports. Front desk staff was exceptional. Breakfast sandwiches were excellent as was the host that managed it. We had bananas for a hike in an hour after we left and they were the perfect ripeness.

I loved the greeting we got from Kevin as we checked in. Honestly, the hotel itself seems fairly mediocre but Kevin made the place worth staying at in the future. I also loved the breakfast options.

I did not like that the room had no body wash and the conditioner smelled somewhat manly. I also didn’t like that the shower had 1 rack pretty much under the shower head. Lastly, I loved that there was a closet big enough to walk into (especially considering the room had no real dresser) but it needs to have luggage holders or shelves

When i booked this property i requested a handicap room. Upon arrival i was told the only handicap room was out of order. I understand that happens but i wish i had been notified prior to our arrival. My husband has had a stroke which makes it difficult as well as negotiating bathrooms. The assist bar in the shower was up near the shower head so it was of no use getting into and out of a shower with a 3-4 in lip at the door. Other than this everything was good and the staff was friendly

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast add different options every couple days. It’s a short drive to downtown and UGA, and parking is free.

I liked everything about it. landscaping was beautiful , location was great, very clean inside and out,. no one bothered me during the day and that was good cause I worked nights. staff was friendly and helpful overall great place to stay

Chris at front desk was very accommodating. Wife is in wheelchair and he was able to get us a room that was very accessible for her.

Thought breakfast was a little weak. Had scrambled eggs but no meat(sausage or bacon). Did have some kind of ham and egg breakfast sandwiches in plastic packaging.

The location was perfect for our trip and the friendly staff makes me want to return soon! The included breakfast was fresh and tasty including many options.

The gym only had treadmills & an elliptical. It was very small.

Check in was fast and the front desk rep was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to enjoy the fitness center as well as breakfast was good with healthy choices. I am a truck driver and was thankful the property had its own lot for parking and was able to accommodate. Great stay and would return. Thank you.
