Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport, an IHG Hotel

I thought the Dove hand soap and body lotion were a nice touch. I'd never seen that anywhere. The room was very spacious, staff was nice, there was a restaurant nearby that I walked to for dinner. Everything was clean and high quality like you'd expect from Holiday Inn. I was even able to take advantage of breakfast.

There was no paper and pen available while I was working and there was no juice at breakfast; Small things that aren't a huge deal but noticed.

The room setup was nice and the beds very comfortable.

$300 is too much. The hotel is nice but it’s not worth that high of a price. Have slept in same accommodations at $100 cheaper. Had there been a cheaper option we would have picked it but due to it being the weekend they got us.

We lost our car keys accidentally. The rental company pretty much told us to take a hike ( hertz) . The hotel called us a cab, and got us a ride to where we’d left them. They checked with us later to make sure we were all set. They truly went out of their way to help.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The breakfast was really good and any low stock items were immediately refilled. There was always a staff member around to assist. Also there is a nice sitting area outside We had a great room with a view of the mountains and downtown Boise.

There are two Holiday Inn hotels in adjoining blocks. So its a bit confusing!!

Front desk staff overwhelmed or perhaps disenchanted. Sometimes only one staff member fir huge hotel. When we arrived there was only one front desk staff member and he was not at the desk. Customers were waiting. He was not nice. Abrupt. He had gone someplace fir a task. Trash can at front entrance totally full. Trash in ground. Did not answer phone an hour away from hotel. House maintenance gentleman was great. I had difficulty with the TV. Cable had been stolen the maintenance person discovered. He fixed it with a smile. Immediately. Room great. Bed great. Bathroom perfect. Appears management not on top of HR issues. Solve you labor issues or hurt your brand. Lots of competition.

The staff was very accommodating, I tried to add a night through my reservation but it failed and the staff, although not able to match booking price, was able to get close enough. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Breakfast was OK, below my standard for IHG, but was impacted due to Covid. There was very little sound barriers so I heard every noise from the halls, although I heard nothing from above us, not even footsteps.

Not a secure parking lot. We had 3 people scoping out our car. When we addressed the issue to the front desk clerk she only stated that police drive through at 11pm every night. There does not appear to be any cameras or security on site. It was a restless night.

The layout of the room was perfect. All space utilized. Very comfortable for 3 people with 2 queen beds. We loved the blackout screen. It helped my son sleep better. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The elevator was out of order. It was not a huge inconvenience because we were near the stairs. It worked out and we got extra steps.

The facility is very nice. They have a very convenient shuttle to the airport. I didn't have a car and so I needed to be close to a restaurant. There is an adjacent neighborhood that made for a nice walk to a nearby park.

The breakfast was much better than expected. Had all the expected selections you'd expect and more! The staff was fantastic, friendly and attentive. Could not have been better.

I can't think of anything else for what we needed or expected. The property was in a great, safe location near the airport.
