Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport

Great staff at check in, quick and easy as I had already made my reservation online.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and I can see that being a problem so some of their guests. I was able to haul my bags up to the second floor, though I can see how might be a problem for some. To be fair, there might have been rooms still available on the first floor, but I wasn't asked if the second floor would be a problem for me.

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.

We were put in a room smaller than the original reservation. The bathroom / shower area was smaller than expected. A little cramped for 2 people. We were not informed about the smaller room at the time of check-in. We were pressed for time to check in and get to our event so I could not risk trying to change rooms.

The hotel is clean and very close to the airport, about 5 or so minutes. The staff at the reception was very kind and accomodating of our request to be placed in a room at the first level. We called about our request a day before our arrival and it was given to us without hesitance. They serve breakfast from 530 am to 10am. That was awesome and saved us a little bit there.

This hotel felt more "homey" than others. Small room, quiet and comfortable. The pool looked nice and clean, although we didn't use it because we didn't take swimsuits thinking it was outside but it is actually indoors. The staff was very kind. The older gentleman in the morning had a warm smile everytime we saw him and was very helpful.

This hotel was well thought out. Odd numbered rooms are entered from outside, which meant I could park right in front of my room which I wanted since I had a car full of stuff. Even numbered rooms are entered from the inside atrium which is lovely, full of plants and sitting areas. I imagine this would be especially convenient on a cold or rainy day.

The coffee was terrible! However, they did have a full breakfast option which made up for the nasty coffee. Indoor pool area was like walking into a sauna. But, I still got to swim, so not complaining too hard!

There was a problem created by a third party in regards to my booking. No fault of mine or Best Western. But it was going to cost me or Best Western. Best Western took the high road and took the loss rather than let it fall on me. I am so grateful and appreciative. Not many businesses still put the customer first, Thank you.

It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good.

When I arrived at the airport, the property had its phones off the hook. I had to pay a taxi $20 cash to take me the block to the hotel. It was annoying because I had called earth in the evening and the employee had told me the shuttle would be running at the hour I arrived, I just needed to call.

The hotel was clean and it was a great stay. The pool was decent size and the hot tub was nice. The workout center overlooked the pool and was a little awkward if you were to workout because everyone would be watching you haha. But great stay overall.

The price was steep for what it was. I get it because it’s by the airport they charge more, but it was a 5 star price, for a 4 star stay. Great hotel, not so great price.

Very close to the airport. Great staff especially Josh. Our large group was given permission to use the conference room for 3 evenings of our stay. Also, bottles of water were given complimentary at the check in area. That was very much appreciated!

Everything was nice the food the staff the cleanliness.

The only complaints I have was that the door to get to our room was outside and it was freezing cold so when we got out of the pool and hot tub we had to freeze our butts off to get to our room. Only other complaint I would have is that the hot tub water was cold it wasn't a hot tub at all.
