Rodeway Inn Airport Boise

They accommodated me on very short notice for a stay. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfy and the sheets were incredibly soft. The washroom had ample packets of makeup removers which was nice - you usually only get one. I was placed in a handicap room which was very nicely appointed, the light switch and the bed were both at a very comfortable height. I felt very secure there alone. The front desk man was courteous and welcoming.

There was not a clock in the room, no alarm.

The attendant at the front desk gave up her parking so I could park along the curb which was difficult but we finally manged to get the thing parked in a reasonable way and directly under a security camera. So that is why I give really all good marks on this survey. Your staff took the extra step and I appreciate it .

The only complaint I have was that after making my reservation online. I arrived at the Inn only to find a sign that said no trucks, trailers or Rvs. I was dragging a u-haul trailer and was told I could not occupy but one parking lot or I could be towed. Please indicate your exceptions on your web site or in the booking.

Super clean everything in the room except the carpet! Nice size frig in the room, great coffee in lobby, friendly staff, GREAT PILLOWS AND BED!

Really dirty carpet, dirty walls in most areas not in the rooms but around water fountain, stairway, common areas. Water in fountain was very warm! One of the reading lights over the bed was burned out but that wasn't a big deal.

Room was fine, there was no breakfast.

The carpet is in pretty bad shape both in room and in the hall.

This room was clean! Property is dated, and the oval shower enclosure is a very cool blast from the past. TV/remote worked well. Connected to full variety of channels. Front Desk greeters very professional and courteous.

The air conditioner need a good vacuum and probably new filters. It appears that lots of food crumbs had dropped into the unit.

The bathroom was small, couldn’t move without hitting the toilet when getting out of the shower. Husband didn’t like the wood floor or the fact there was only one decent quilt in the room. He was also hoping for a better breakfast when we booked it said free breakfast and all we got was coffee and a danish.

The room was cozy, it had everything we needed for one night: coffee maker and coffee, makeup cleaner, shampoo and soap, iron, fridge, microwave. The room was clean.

The door of the bathroom is a little uncomfortable. Also, there was a strong smell of cigarettes when we arrived, it seems that people smoked outside.

The best motel pillows we have ever slept on. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating when we asked for an extra blanket very surprised and happy that we did not hear any noise from the airport next door

Would like to come back and see all the remodel when it is finished.

Very comfy beds. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. We arrived after 10pm and were exhausted from our drive, and thankfully, the check in was speedy and efficient. Props to the person at the front desk. I apologize, I did not ask his name.

The area was a bit sketchy. There was a commotion out front when we arrived involving people who appeared to be acquaintances of a guest at the hotel. The front desk person was aware and was preparing to call the police. We found our room and heard nothing further. This is not a complaint about the hotel or the staff, just an observation.

The hotel was close to the airport and restaurants

There was no mention on the website that there was no elevator at the hotel. We had been on a 12 day cruise with 3 pieces of heavy luggage and had to haul them up the stairs to the 2nd floor.
