Simple Suites Boise Airport

Loved the suites style that allowed us to cook some dinner. Borrowed a pot for cooking and we had our own plates, utensils. Full size refrigerator and freezer was bonus. Check in person was super nice but took a phone call during the process and I was left hanging. My training was always take care of the person in front of you, so it felt awkward and kind of rude honestly. The hotel is only 2 years old so everything is super nice--clean, heavy fire door, table for eating at, lots of places to charge you electronics.

The burners were not connected when I went to cook, so that was weird. Had to lift up the pans, insert the heating elements and then we were good to go. Again, check in procedure should put the in-person customer first but the hotel was easy freeway access and close enough to downtown that the drive there, 15 minutes, was not a big dea.

The location was great. Easy to find and close what we were in town for. The room was quiet, the blinds kept the room dark, there was no connecting door and no gap on the door to let light and noise in from the hallway. The beds were firm and comfortable as well. I didn't hear anything from the other rooms around us. It was perfect. Also I had a request for an early check in that I made at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us, no problem. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Boise in the future.

A place to revisit, everything, quick check in and checkout, nice to stay, i would recommend it and to stay again, hot water, room is big and comfy, room was so clean, bathroom facilities was good 👍🏼 I liked the idea of having USB ports to charge your cell phones, and HDMI ready to connect and play …

nothing to mention but the funny idea of not having at least a kitchen material like spoon, forks 🍴, and couple of dishes, it would be great if at least to have a plastic forks 🍴,

I booked this room a bit apprehensive because of the price and because I've been disappointed with some of the trendy new 2-3 star hotels. But the reviews were so good I went for it. And I was absolutely impressed and happier with each step further into the experience. The check in was super fast, the parking lot, lobby and even the street the hotel is on are all clean, safe and quiet. My room was impeccable, the shower was good, the products were nice enough. I didn't need it but the kitchenette was quite nice (no dishes or supplies but large fridge, granite countertop, microwave and two burner stove). There was a power outlet everywhere I wanted one. The room was situated nicely and really nicely decorated. The pillows were good and the mattresses were good-great for this level of hotel. I generally find something to be disappointed with when it comes to a hotel room but not here! I will continue to stay in the Simple Suites brand hotels if they are available.

Staff could not find our reservation, despite my showing the confirmation. Said he'd received a message of problems with booking.com reservations. He booked us in as walk-in customers but discounted the price to match the booking.com rates. I messaged booking.com and, after a considerable number of messages I am still unsure if we've been charged twice (will check my wife's statement when we get home).

The number of messages and time spent trying to sort out the booking issue (see above). Booking.com claimed that since the date had passed there was nothing they could do.

Kind wonderful staff from the front desk to the cleaning persons. I stay here often because the rooms are dependably clean. I get really mad when the room I have been given is shabby, dirty and smells bad!

I have no complaints! This is a nice place to stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Except someone else changes the linens, towels and cleans up for me.

Room was huge, very clean, had a fridge and a microwave. The staff was friendly. The elevator worked and they had 2 carts to haul our stuff to the 2nd floor.. Bed was comfy and room was clean. The shower had an adjusting head.

Get cable. Come on, the whole "Roku" on demand is stupid, to me. You put a huge TV screen on the wall but no cable? It seems to be a trend at motels, but I don't like it.

Simple suites always clean and the staff is always amazing!!

Unfortunately it seems the hotel is being used by the government to give shelter to "other" people.

This hotel was super close to the airport as well as Boise State which is where I was working. Food options were close by and the hotel itself was super clean with great staff. The added fridge and microwave were awesome and the towels were nice too.

The television was not easy to use. You could slightly hear the planes taking off and landing although it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is directly across the interstate from the airport. It has recently been remodeled, and looks excellent! Our room was extremely comfortable and the staff even brought us up a crib in a matter of minutes when needed for our 18 month old. The stay was perfect for an overnight stay before leaving from the airport. But the property itself would’ve been comfortable for much longer than that!

If I had to pick something; the tv channels were not the best.
