Ramada by Wyndham Coeur d'Alene

Staff was super sweet and accommodating except for 1 front desk lady. We stayed 3 nights. This was my 3rd stay here and I usually have a great experience. We go to Silverwood every summer and this is about a 30 minute drive from there. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Room was clean. Continental breakfast consists of make your own waffles which we absolutely LOVE, along with the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt and fruit. We like it here and most likely will be back again next summer.

Front desk staff when I checked in was a bit snarky. I asked questions about money that was already taken out of my account and she acted as if I was stupid and knew nothing. Not a good feeling right off the bat. After our interaction she said she was new and didn’t know everything yet. Either way, not a good look to try to make someone look stupid for asking a very reasonable question. Even my teenager was like what is her problem!? Swimming pool had waaaaaay too much chlorine. It burned my eyes just walking into the pool room. Staff was notified.

When we check in our room.... It was not clean. Had to ask the front desk to transfer us to other room... We chose Ramada to have a great stay... We travel from Canada to experience an extraordinary... Very disappointed that the room was not clean... Socks and some trash was in between the center table between beds, floors was not vaccuum.. but nevertheless the staff was approachable that when I asked to change room they gladly did it in a snap.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn! We chose this hotel based on its proximity to Coeur d’Alene and, after we booked, got a look at some of the reviews. I have to be honest, I’m not sure where those negative reviews came from because we had an excellent stay. This hotel is important in the ways hotels should be: the beds were comfy with lots of pillows, the shower pressure was excellent, the towels were fluffy, the breakfast buffet had hot food, and the pool & hot tub were great. Bonus: there was a fridge in our room & bar soap by Bumble & Bumble. What’s not to like? We also had the pleasure of interacting with Wendy who was running the check-in desk *and* manning the breakfast buffet. Despite having to multi-task like crazy, she kept a smile on her face and gave us superlative customer service. She was absolutely lovely & her care & concern for her clientele was obvious as the nose on your face. (Hey Ramada, promote that gal pronto!) I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good proximity to CDA and/or the Spokane Airport. It was a good value and included everything you could ask for in a hotel!

Continental breakfast was great. They had make your own waffles and they were great. Great location right off the freeway. Pool and hot tub was clean, the kids loved it. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure was nice and strong. Every staff member I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. I most definitely will stay here again.

The shower was clogged and drained super slow so the water pooled up when showering. Someone came down to unclog it but it did not work. The whole property is banged up inside. Messy paint, tons of scrapes and dings all over walks throughout property. They were painting the outside during our stay so maybe they plan on doing in side next.

Was looking for a hotel close to Triple Play with an indoor pool. This hotel is right off I-90, it has a big indoor pool with a hot tub. Serves a nice hot breakfast. We thought we would need to get 2 rooms since there were 5 of us, but they have a room with 3 queen size beds. The pool opens at 8 so the kids got to swim after breakfast, before the 11am check out. All for a great price.

Nothing we didn't like. The elevator takes a while to come, but otherwise it was a great stay

The hotel is very dated. Space for breakfast was very limited. (Get rid of the big oversized table…takes up too much room and not particularly functional) breakfast room and lobby are one). Staff was purfunctory but not very welcoming or friendly. You need automatic doors, very awkward to get thru doors with luggage. Pool was GREAT and well cared for. My grandson enjoyed it!!! Room was clean and comfy. Location was good but getting to the building is awkward. How about a BIG lite sign by Main Street entrance.

Staff was AMAZING. They were in the middle of a remodel, and still made sure we were always taken care of,and always had a smile. Can't wait to see it when it's completely remodeled. We have a family of 6,and this location was perfect. 2 miles from downtown, tons of stores within a few miles. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip:)

the property was right next to the freeway and right in town- great location! The pool was open and clean! breakfast was wonderful and the woman who works in the kitchen is very nice! front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had!

There were a few thing wrong with the room- cleanliness, cosmetic - but it wasn’t disgusting and staff came back to vacuum up some things that were missed.

We liked the cookies and popcorn when we arrived! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, although we only had a bagel and fruit. We appreciated take-out cups and lids for coffee to take on our trip.

The facility is a little worn. Our shower wall was cracked. The screen on the window was not completely attached and the window was dirty.

The young lady that checked us in was very welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. And the day personnel were just as friendly. There was a good selection for the breakfast. There were several hot items from which to choose. While we didn't get a chance to use the pool it did look very nice. Older property but everything was in working order. For being on a busy road I expected more noise. I appreciated the hotel has a 10pm quiet policy. The bed was comfortable and I loved the variety of pillow choices. Everything seemed fresh and clean.

My husband didn't care for the eggs at breakfast. The rooms seemed a little stuffy (which I find commonly in hotels). Nothing the fan didn't fix though.
