Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

The breakfast was good. Occasionally they were out of items, such as plain bagels, cream cheese, fruit and pancakes. They did have juice and small cheese omelettes, coffee, muffins, bacon or sausages. Access to the play place was super convenient and the kids easily enjoyed 2 full days there - inside, outside and waterpark. It wasn’t crazy busy and the staff was very helpful.

The main issue for me was the noise - kids running on the floor above made it hard to sleep sometimes. I also didn’t like that there is no hotel pool or hot tub included in the cost. You have to pay for the waterpark if you want pool access.

The amount of things to do on property was much better than I ever expected. Such a wonderful place for kids. Bowling alley, laser tag, an arcade, on-site waterpark (just to name a few) in addition to being really convenient to Silverwood theme park. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Such nice people. The room cleanliness was immaculate. All the bedding was incredibly clean. There was a tremendous number of options for dining very close to the property.

They ONLY part that wasn't amazing was the bed was a little lumpy (probably time for a new mattress) even though the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were a little flat (again, probably just time to get some new ones).

This was a good place to stay. The pictures and descriptions online could use some updates. Examples include: 1. no spa they consider the spa to be the fact that they have a hot tub which is actually the hot tub in the fun center area. You pay $20 bucks to go to the water park portion. 2. No outdoor pool - I seen a photo of an outdoor pool but there is only indoor water activities. 3. There is zero free activities like a pool or hot tub which is free but they heavily discount it as being a hotel guest. So if your cool with that great. Next time I’ll stay at a place where it’s free. 4. Breakfast was free and good but some days things were not working like the pancake machine. 5. No daily housekeeping- I’m not for daily housekeeping but I do need daily towels. They did terrific at getting those quickly for us during our stay but they didn’t always the phone we had to go to the lobby directly.

The lights in our bathroom would take a few times to click on. The no daily housekeeping or checking in to see if we needed tp or towels. I didn’t like that there was no free pool and hot tub. No outdoor pool. Hot inside the water area.

Beds werent great but I have had much worse so it was alright. I wouldnt want to sleep on more than a few nights. I think with how much they charge per night just for the room, they could upgrade the rooms/beds. Its very loud with tons of children running around but thats understandable given the type of hotel it is. Breakfast was standard but nice to have option. Get there early or you will be with a bunch of kids that parents dont watch. Overall it was a decent place to stay but kinda pricey.

It was comforting, clean for the most part, (found trash,dust and spider webs behind the night stand. Buy the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean , very spacious room! We had a king size suite.

I had to have my key reloaded 4 times, it would just stop working. They said it was due to being near my phone, but I kept it separate away from my phone and the key still stopped working. Other hotel patrons were having the same.issue. Also, wanted a bottled water and the 3 vending machines were out of not just water but everything in the machines. I had to leave to find a store to buy bottled water.

The continental breakfast was fabulous. All the staff from front desk (all shifts), to kitchen (morning), to maintenance (hallway) were courteous, patient, and polite. Room was clean, everything was in good working order, couldn't have been better.

The kids running up and down the hallway in the early morning was a bit much. That said, they are kids after all, on vacation, and very wound up. It just happened that our kids are late sleepers so it was rather disruptive. Not much can be changed about that. And knowing you are staying in a hotel with a connecting "kids park", it is to be expected.

Nicely modernized, well kept and clean, great location. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Especially the young lady at the front desk. (Didn’t get her name, but she said she was new. )

The Tv remote wouldn’t work properly, even when the sweet young lady from the front desk tried to get it to work. The channel listings we were able to get with the QR code was not helpful as no actual channel numbers came up for anything so we couldn’t try to manually enter the channel on the key pad. It was frustrating g that we couldn’t even find a way to watch any local news channels.

Nice room. Great free breakfast. Close to Silverwood Park. The Triple Play park was connected to the hotel by a walkway and was a big hit with the kids and adults. Wal-mart and lots of restaurants and shopping were only minutes away.

A bit noisy at night. We were on the ground floor and could hear the kids above us running. We could also hear the TV from the room next to ours. Not a big problem but figured I would mention it for all the light sleepers out there.

Awesome Breakfast Buffet.

They have the slowest credit card machines. The staff who were in charge of the Breakfast Buffet were really nice and sweet. The elderly gal at the front desk was nice. The other gal wouldn't sell me a 2 day pass at first despite staying 2 nights. I had to put one on a friend's room for the first night. She said I couldn't get my tickets for Triple Play until I checked into my room (2nd night). Just an FYI for anyone who stays, you can get extra 2 day passes for up to your room occupancy.

Close to Silverwood and the games were reasonably priced

We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. We were told there would be pancakes, assortment of cold cereals & pastries. It was the same breakfast all 4 days we were there. Biscuits and gravy that were cold, orange juice that was warm, only apple cinnamon cheerios for cold cereal and no microwave to at least heat up your breakfast. The biscuits were rock hard as well. We have two children and there wasn't much of an option for them. We went to the local store to pick up frozen pancakes, waffles, donuts and syrup for our children
