Resort City Inn Coeur d Alene

The property was clean and comfortable as well as a great price. The location was awesome…directly across from the river parking lot and minutes away from the main drag with all the fun bars, restaurants, and quaint shops.

The young clerk who checked us in was not very friendly amd seemed bothered be assisting us. Also, we were surprised that we had to pay $12 to park in thwir parking lot. Didn’t see this in the properry description.

The large window gave directly on the parking lot so it didn’t feel very private - we kept the curtains closed at basically all times. I’d have loved for the curtains to be a little bit longer so they’d have blocked out all light at night but that’s just a tiny detail - the place was great.

We didn't get any breakfast, we didn't know it was available. The hospitality was above and beyond, the manager was very helpful and quick to get us whatever we needed and did so with a smile. She made the stay very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable also. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ther was an issue with the floor but I was told it was to be fixed soon, the air conditioner is a little noisy, but nothing tremendous. I really have no complaints. The worst thing was the people upstairs, it sounded like they had a kid walking or running back and forth across the floor almost constantly at night which was very loud. There was a problem with the keys but the mgt took care of it.

The bed itself was the most comfortable of a trip that had us in 4 different hotels. The location on the main street and so close to all of the restaurants and shops was the best point, especially for the cost relative to some of the other places in the area.

We heard vehicles driving up and down Sherman Ave. late at night and early in the morning, which was disruptive to our sleep.

We never saw staff as we arrived late. The room was clean and roomy, bed was ok.

More comfortable bed topper. The parking was very small and we didn't realize it was packed with antique cars from the car show so we barely fit our crew cab truck into the last spot available. The other areas were blocked off.

We thought the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The AC worked great. It was quiet at night and was close to the lake and downtown amenities.

There were some mold spots on the bathroom wall. It would be good to clean those up. Also the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so if fixed might eliminate the mold problem.

We had another fantastic stay at Resort City Inn. This is a quaint “beach-style” motel that we so enjoy. Short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, park and beach. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming staff.

The bathroom fan in 206 sounds like a plane is taking off in there.

The bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE! Had a nice keurig machine with coffee pods and the room was exceptionally clean. Easy check in and with the location we could walk downtown or to the lake. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Beds were fine, room had fridge, microwave, TV, a/c. Great location downtown near restaurants, shops, park, lake.

The carpet on the outside steps and halls needed to be vacuumed. It gave bad first impression although the rooms were clean. The website said they had breakfast but there was none.
