Quality Inn & Suites of Liberty Lake

The staff was friendly and helpful, promptly getting more towels upon request. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the game room. Beds were comfortable and the a/c kept us nice and cool. Breakfast was good. I liked the waffles, eggs and sausage. Location and price were great compared to other places.

Having some experience in building construction and finish work, I couldn't help but notice the quality of construction in the room appeared to have been done by an amateur. There were 1/2" gaps in the laminate flooring, the caulking in the bathroom was sloppy, and there were paint splatters and drips on the walls and light fixtures. However with all that said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to someone else.

It was very nice— everything clean and updated. We were able to have connecting rooms. The office staff were very kind and helpful. Not right on the freeway but easy on and off.

I was looking forward to using the hot tub but it was out of order. The hot breakfast was good but there really was a line at the waffle iron — it might be a good idea to invest in another one to speed things along.

The hotel was great. Really glad we stayed there. The only real problem we had was that there was hardly anyone at the desk when we needed assistance. We waited almost an hour for someone to come to check is in and there were many others waiting on the lobby as well. When the staff were present they were polite, friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, I felt like the hotel was a great value. Breakfast was fine and convenient.

the room was clean and big enough. The parking was adquate.

We were supposed to have a breakfast, but most of the storage and refridgerator were empty and several of the were broken. Most people left and went somewhere else for breakfast. I chose this facility because it was close to my destination and it would not have find a restaurant and eat out. I feel I should be refunded part of my fee for one night considering I was not able to eat breakfast there.

The room was very clean. I always check the sheets in any motel room and this was the first one that I’ve checked and wasn’t able to find anything. So it was very clean. The pool, recreation room and breakfast were all perfect.

The only complaint that came out of my family was we wished there was a little more body wash and shampoo in the rooms. But it was not a deal breaker by any means, we just went to the grocery store around the corner and bought some shampoo.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the location of the wedding I attended. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet at night.

Breakfast offerings could change each day. I had the same options the first two days; skipped the third day. Also, wished the hot tub was available.

I have to say that the bed was probably the most comfortable motel/hotel bed I've ever slept in and that's saying a lot because I'm picky and rarely find one that's comfy. If all Quality Inn Hotels use the same beds I will forever choose to stay in your hotels. Also, the staff were all so very nice from the minute I arrived and the lady serving breakfast even gave me a hug (she must have known I needed one). Ohhh and an actual tasty breakfast buffet....coming from CA I haven't seen one in a very long time. Loved that no one is hung up on mask wearing too!

The hot tub had strong jets but the water was cold. :-(

We loved the pool and lounge area. Breakfast was awesome and the lady that worked it was so sweet and helpful! Megan is an absolute gem! She was working all the time from desk to helping with towels and cleaning rooms! She is amazing and definitely needs the recognition for all she does!! She is so friendly and helpful! I definitely would go back based on the staff alone!! They were all so friendly and helpful!

The dog policy kind of sucks. Our last night we had a family with two dogs next door and they were up all night whining, scratching, and barking. It was super difficult to sleep with all of that. Then the in and out with the dogs to potty. The door slamming. Was not a great nights rest before our 15 hour drive home. But that wasn’t on the hotel it was the guests.

I rented two rooms a Queen suite and a King room. The rooms were big comfortable and clean. My family and I all slept very comfortable was very quite . My kids enjoyed the pool the Sauna. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Staff Patty is my favorite so sweet, attentive, and friendly VERY WELCOMING 😃

Upon arriving we had never been to this location had no idea were to go or where the rooms. There was no one at front desk. We had our keys for rooms since we checked in early in the day. We were walking around trying to figure out where to go ended up in the employees section. Returned back to front desk read a sign to pick up phone dialed 0 for assistance. Front Staff Abby assisted us who came off rude, was rolling her eyes very careless, and annoyed. Abby needs to smile more and be more welcoming. The Sauna temp needed to be hotter for relaxation. The bathrooms did not have a fan or heater. Much needed! The hallways were very stuffy/hot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We will return to this location for our yearly Silverwood trip stays.

The room / hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff pleasant—though terribly understaffed, as most places are today.

The sink had no plug! I'm the kind of person who drops jewelry in the sink, so this made me nervous. Also, we weren't checked-in until three hours after the promised time. This was very difficult on a family member, who recently had brain surgery and is undergoing treatment for cancer. She could neither rest nor freshen up before a semi-formal event, and this distressed her. I just wrote a note to request a discount for her room only, and for that first night only. I'll update this review once i find out if they'll help out this person, who very much needed those three hours to rest and freshen up. Otherwise—though the price of hotels continues to shock me—it was a nice, clean, pleasant place.
