Comfort Inn Collinsville near St Louis

This was our 2nd stay. We come to visit family that live in O'fallon and St. Louis. For family vacay this is the best spot. 15 minutes from the City Museum, Stadium 18 from the Arch. 20 to the zoo and 30 for 6 flags. But the best part is the wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice and always helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Paid more for 1 night in Wisconsin than I did 4 here. See ya next year😊

The Popeyes nearby is terrible. Food is Ok but if your not someone they know your only hope is drive thru. But White Castle is always on point and the staff is friendly and food is good.

We stayed for one night on the road. Very clean, comfy, nice sized room and bathroom, closet, safe, free breakfast with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and professional and despite being full to capacity kept everything running smoothly, clean, and kept breakfast fully stocked right up until the cutoff. Area was right off the highway and felt very safe. Rooms were quiet and beds/pillows/linens were new and comfy. Free parking. Every Comfort Inn we have stayed at so far has had the most friendly and happy employees!

The girl at the front desk was so friendly when we checked in. She had just made fresh popcorn which was a nice perk. The room was pretty nice and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked and clean.

There was a dirty shirt hanging on the back of the door to our bedroom. I don't fault them much for missing it because they would have had to close the door to the bedroom to see it but it was still a little gross. Also when we checked in, the girl at the front desk specifically asked if we wanted the trash changed and fresh towels daily since we were staying 2 nights and we said yes but they didnt end up doing that. My husband was frustrated that the heater/ac rattled loud enough to keep him awake.

Breakfast. The eggs were not good at all. On one morning we went down to eat at around 7:30 and breakfast was limited as we were told it had been so slow lately so our options would have been biscuits and gravy or waffles as there wasn't even toast or bagels that morning but apparently they had had a bus come in early that morning and all of the biscuits and gravy were gone and we're never refilled so our only option was waffles.

The night staff girl was wonderful the beds were nice clean and comfortable the only issue was the Wi-Fi and the breakfast it could have been better other than that I loved it and when I come back I’m booking there again

The Wi-Fi was poor it didn’t work in our room at all for the whole time we were there other than that I had an amazing experience at this hotel

My door handle was crooked and ‘glitchy’; hotel overall looked like it could use an update; the lights everywhere were on dim setting which gives off a somewhat depressing tone, especially in the daytime—had a difficult time seeing the breakfast bar or my plate of food..

The breakfast was very good! Lots of things to choose from, waffles and pancakes had fruit topping optional of course and the beds are very comfortable I didn't want to get up.

The room had a very musty smell I thought I had gotten a smoking room on accident. It definitely needed a good smelling fragrance.

Good location - away from the city but still close to all St. Louis attractions. Friendly staff. Very good value as for the money. Good breakfast buffet.

Rooms need fresh air - they need to ventilated. Otherwise rooms are very comfortable. The building need one more elevator.

Great location, EXCELLENT front desk staff, clean room, and comfy beds. I travelled alone with my daughter and we both felt safe the entire stay. Price was a bit more than what I wanted to pay, but we were attending a MLB game in St. Louis so I knew rates would be a bit higher.

The breakfast buffet was good, and there were plenty of things to choose from. The location had many restaurants within a short distance of travel by car or walking.

The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub and in the sink. The room smelled like mold as well from the AC.
