The hotel was easy to find, located near lots of restaurants and not far from the places we were going. Also, the location was clean and maintained very well outside and inside. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee was even better. The shower worked great with ample hot water. Also, after checking out the cleaning staff discovered we left behind a shirt and they called me to let me know. They held on to the shirt for me to pick up later in the day and the front desk manager was so friendly and helpful.

The woman who checked us in was so calm and polite. She really excelled and made our stay special. I watched her successfully navigate an angry customer with grace. She deserves recognition, I just wish I could remember her name. We were in town for an anime convention. And there were plenty of pillows. Very nice.
I think the only thing anyone complained about was that the curtains didn't close all the way.

We had a pleasant stay, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly. Loved the coffee and the breakfast was okay.
We arrived at 2pm, which based on the Booking’s website was the check in time; however once we got to the hotel we had to wait an additional hour to check in.

Location was great and an easy on and off to the highway. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the quality and effectiveness of the luggage carts. Would stay there again!

Location was perfect for our road trip. Very kind and professional employees. Leslie greeted us and was very attentive to our needs. She merits honorable recognition. Beds and pillows were perfect. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast area was well organized and appealing. We will definitely book a room here if we pass through this area again. Thank you !

The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean. Liked having the rooms sealed after cleaning.
There was only 1 luggage cart for the entire property. Pools were still not open due to COVID and I think this should be spelled out in the listing.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Check in was quick. Rooms were some of the best I have ever stayed in. Very clean sanitized. Beds were cozy and comfortable. Plenty of near by restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend. Ease of access to interstate was a big plus.
