Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis - Fairview Heights

Location was good. Breakfast was great, suggest adding more fruits. They only had apple and banana. The 5 pm snack was great with 3 drinks included. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

Cleanliness could be better. Room was a lil dusty. I always check the sheets and bed upon arrival and found some hair on the bed. Pillows were a lil stinky and lumpy. Suggest getting new pillows and double up pillow covers that may help prevent someone’s smelly head from stinking up the actual pillow. Suggest having more roll away beds readily available. Seemed like there was only 1 staff member working the night shift. We arrived about 1130 and since she was the only one there, it took her a while to bring up extra linen.

FREE Breakfast was available for my family every morning. The location is near everything. There are several restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. Let's not forget the restaurant "BOB EVANS" that is attached to it.

The only thing that could have been better, but was not a deal breaker is that bathrooms could have been cleaner. Traces of "hair" was left on the toilet and tub. Let's put some elbow in cleaning the bathrooms.

I loved everything about this hotel. the rooms were nice and clean! The bathroom was big! Most of all I love the free refreshments and the drinks (alcohol and nonalcoholic). breakfast was amazing! overall a 10/10!

limited to 3 alcoholic drinks. The front desk didn’t explain that the card (voucher) that was given to us during check in was for alcohol drinks etc…apparently the housekeeper cleaned our room and threw our cards away but lucky the front desk gave another refreshment card.

Most important to us were the gathering spaces where we could have family time, especially all of the semi- separate dining areas. We came from three different cities and were able to enjoy each other without being exposed to the entire dining room. Your breakfasts and your Happy Hour offerings were extremely generous, both in variety and quantity. They more than offset the room rate for those who eat both meals. Adults especially enjoyed the healthier foods when offered. Your staff was Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Best hotel experience Ever.

Big negative- your beds were too soft.

Staff was nice and accommodating. The location was perfect for us. We liked the pool and the room. We loved the dinners and breakfast. And rhe facilities were clean

I asked for housekeeping (light) and ever circled it on my form, but we only had housekeeping come 1 of the 4 nights we were there. They also charged me $20 early check in fee but didn't tell me until it was already charged.

breakfast was well stocked; walls were thick as we did not hear our neighbors at all (or the staff is smart about putting patrons every other room when not booked up?) and hall noise was minimal; everything was very clean; the overall stay was very nice & we would stay again if in the area

free drinks with dinner would have been nice if we drink, but since we do not, we did not use - room price was a little higher than other similar hotels because of this service so if you don't drink, maybe not the best value

Location perfect for traveling to the city as right off interstate 64 which is less busy than interstate 70. Close to mall. Pool is great with the inside/outside.

Don’t like that they are using styrofoam plates and individually wrapped utensils now instead of actual dinnerware/silverware. There is never any popcorn in lobby either. Room had some bbq sauce or ketchup on the dresser drawer that housekeeping missed when dusting which tells me they are not dusting the whole dresser and probably just the top.

Kids loved pool area, popcorn/soda time and breakfast was fantastic. Dinner setup was great as well and centrally located for things we had planned for our kids. Zoo, Magic House and Edison's Entertainment Complex.

If I had to complain about something it would be that we wasn't aware of the dinner buffet and after hours complimentary happy hour until we ordered pizza and went down to get it. This was my second time staying here and didn't know but it won't stop me from booking again.

Breakfast was very good. It was the reason I did not go to the Hilton down the road. The room rates were close but the added free breakfast and 5:30-7:00 snack hour made the decision to stay here. My bed was comfortable. I did not need towels, sheets, etc., as I was by myself and the regular amount of towels sufficed for the 5 days I was here. Rochelle, the maid for my section of the floor, was delightful! She kept asking me if I needed anything, and only once did I need a roll of TP. I should have looked closer, as there was an extra one on the towel shelf. Rochelle is a model housekeeper.

Perhaps there could be extra help during the afternoon snack time for help with the drinks.

convenient, affordable, they offer so much food for free- happy hour food and drinks, breakfast. hot tub was amazing! staff was so nice. I had to use the hotel market at 230AM because I got food poisoning. that was helpful for pepto and Tylenol, and sprite. the guy pushed our checkout to 12PM.

my husband thought the room was overly warm. but we were on 3rd floor….
