Four Points by Sheraton St. Louis - Fairview Heights

I loved the location. The staff were extra friendly. It wasn’t noisy or loud. Breakfast was served.

A couple of things I did not like. The thermostat and the wall unit did not communicate well. It was extremely cold, then extremely hot. Also, the tub DESPERATELY NEEDS to be resurfaced. The tub had standing water in it. It didn’t fully go down the drain. That’s an easy fix if the company wants to fix it.

Breakfast was delicious. The staffing were great as well. The location was perfect because it's down the street from multiple restaurants. There also aren't any other companies close by the hotel.

There is only one thing that bothered me. There was no trash bags in our trash cans. I didn't want to put the trash in the trash bin so loosely. So, we used the bag that was stored in the closet as a trash bag.

Beautiful room and surrounding area. Easy Access to restaurants and shopping.

The hot water heaters were being replaced so I had no hot water for a while. It was a hot day and the hallways to the rooms had no air conditioning. It felt like a sauna. I was at first given a room where the bathroom had not been cleaned since last guest. It was very unappealing to see. I went down to talk to the manager because it seemed the desk clerk was being trained. He was amazing and discounted my stay in half plus moved me upstairs to a suite. What he did made the rest of the disappointments go away. I will stay here again because of his excellent people skills. When I checked a different desk clerk told me things will be better on my next stay. I thanked her and said my room was lovely.

The location was convenient! I really liked how the streaming apps was on the large flat screen giving me the option to log into my account!

The iron did not work. There was some minor trash under the dresser housekeeping did not clean. Other than that the room fine!

Breakfast and kitchen service and staff was exceptional

There was a broken chair in my room and the front desk staff couldn't get housekeeping staff to provide one for a while and also if there's 2 guests staying in the room there should be 2 working chairs also

Everything your employee Cody I believe was is name was truly amazing everyone needs employees just like him,the room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable my kids loved it they asked when we could go back they just hated the pool was closed,but all in all it was by far the best hotel stay I've encountered thank you

We did not have their breakfast. Every restaurant one could imagine was literally five minutes away.

The pool was closed. The heating element was broken. The pool was the primary reason we booked and there was nothing anyone could do to accommodate us. We ended up finding an indoor pool somewhere else so the kids were happy in the end.

It was quiet, staff was friendly, had everything we needed….breakfast was good buffet was nice just would have been nice to have menu items too

The room was beautiful, clean..I do want to suggest maybe having multiple USB plug lap/things to charge phones/tablets/smart watches etc.

The curtains/draw blinds were broke on both windows so I couldn't get them up nicely to enjoy the nice view there was

Everyone was nice and the room was super clean

The pool was freezing. I never noticed a heated pool on websites. No trash can liners. The amount of the incidentals wasn't consistent with the signage
