DoubleTree by Hilton Collinsville/St.Louis

If I could give this hotel 1000 stars I would! Myself, sister, and nephews stayed here from 4/7/23 until 4/9/23 and the service was immaculate. Anya/Onya (so sorry I don’t know the spelling) checked us in and she was wonderful our entire first evening. We had a few minor issues with our room (first room only had one bed and we needed two) she immediately transferred us to another room. Second, the fridge in the room did not work, I called down and she promptly sent someone up to take a look at it. That someone was Ron — he was so kind to my sister and I. We asked him where we could microwave our food because our room did not have a microwave and he went and got us a microwave for our room! Anya and Ron made this the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my nearly 32 years of life. Honestly, all of the staff was great. The ladies who worked in Porters in the morning during breakfast were also wonderful! My nephews are on the spectrum and have special needs and the Porters staff was so kind and accommodating. Whenever I come home, this establishment will be my preferred hotel. Whoever is in charge of hiring has a true knack for choosing wonderful people to represent Doubletree.

Beautiful check in area and very accomodating staff. If we get that way again would definitely stay here.

The bedroom fridge didn't work and when the front desk lady came to change it out. She did her best to change out the fridge. Thanks. She then apologized for the room decor badly damaged and the fridge. She stated that they were going to be remodeling. When that happens I think it will be a gorgeous and very nice pace to stay!

I liked that the staff was very friendly. And the atmosphere was just wonderful! Maybe we were all just happy to be out considering Covid.

I paid for breakfast and they said that it was not showing up on the reservation and they did not honor it. I had 2 grandchildren with me and I had to take them elsewhere to eat breakfast which was an inconvenience.

For me the property was great but the stand out for me was the staff. Always ready to help or answer questions. I believe they all had smiles hard to tell with mask but everyone of them acknowledged us with a hello or have a good day.

There wasn’t anything to not like.

Staff was great and attentive to your needs. Upon check in the staf was friendly and made you feel at home.

Left over trash from whoever had the room before. pull out couch was pretty tore up, and definitely didn’t vacuum the floors.

I liked the spacious room. The water was good and hot. Great cookies.

It was an empty hotel it shouldve been a special going. The parking wasnt too great. It should always be ventilation in the bathroom/intake fan. The mini fridge and microwave was used so it didnt match the room.

Friendly staff.

The property was pricy for the location. I paid less in downtown Indianapolis that was twice as nice. This is an older hotel. Hall carpet is gross.

It was clean and easy to get to

The bathroom could use a good scrubbing or even a good remodel. There were small spots of black crud in our shower. Kind of gross

The hotel, rooms, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious and the staff were excellent. This was my 1st stay and I will be back.
