Courtyard St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center

Check in process was smooth. I enjoyed the Staff, Location, City views, Comfy bed, adjustable TV and Modern pull out sofa. I liked the amount of outlets available in the room and lighting options. I also liked that there are Plenty of Ice Machines on odd number floors. Also the Hotel halls/lobby etc always smelled great!

I didn't like the amount of hangers available, the very low toilet seat, no counter space in the bathroom. This would be an awesome hotel if it had balconies. I also feel the price for the breakfast daily is expensive. I also was disappointed that they don't provide a Netflix account so customers can watch Netflix without a personal subscription. I was hoping they would have some Beyonce decorations up since the hotel was flooded with BeeHive Fans lol

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Hidden fee of $30 to park my car. I would have booked elsewhere had I known.

Very conveniently located for event downtown. helpful staff. Room was ready for an early check-in.

I just wish i could’ve used cash inside the hotel at the bar and Starbucks.

I was there for the conference and you would think that they would know to have extra staff on. We have been there once before with our conference. They were very short staffed and took almost 3 hours to get something to eat. They have known for a few years that we were coming and they should plan ahead.

Easy check in. Central location to all the tourist attractions and only about 13 minute walk to the baseball stadium. Incredibly clean and quiet room given that it was in the middle of downtown.

A pool would have been the cherry on top after a long hot day of walking.

The staff was very nice and helpful and informative with how things worked. Helped with the remote issues and was quick when we asked for towels. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and big enough for 3 people. The curtains have a blind to cover sunlight. The tv was decent but they should tell people if you bring a game system connect it to the box not the tv for it to work with the remote.

There is no microwave so I couldn’t eat my leftovers from going out. I also brought my xbox but wasn’t able to use it on the wifi i feel they should get another wifi network that isn’t guess and we put in a password for it instead. The water took a while to get hot but felt good when it was ready for bath and shower

Nice room with good air conditioning and the staff was wonderful.

It would have been nice to have the room cleaned and sheets/towels changed once while I was there.

The King Suite was amazing. It came with a bar area and a ton of space along with closet space. The room was very chic and comfortable. There was also a mini mart and cafe area downstairs. The mini matt was open but due to covid restrictions the cafe area was not.

I did not like that the hotel had parking across the street. The garage does not take you to your room or even to the hotel. You park your car across the street and walk back over with all your bags. Plus, the parking was an additional $26. We chose street parking which was free & closer. I did not like the idea of not having a pool either BUT the rooms made up for this! The room had amazing water pressure and warm water to come back to after a long day.

Breakfast was delicious 😋 Dale was our server.. He's been there 33 years..he was awesome !! Location to Busch Stadium is spot on!! You are right there.

Cardinals could have won all 3 games instead of just 1.. LOL

Very convenient to both the football and baseball stadiums, walkable. Very good selection of tasty food and refreshing libations at several restaurants nearby. Near to a Metrolink station, and 24minute walk to the train station.
