The Westin St. Louis

The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and spacious. You can't get any closer to the Cardinals stadium (and I had a great view of it), so it was worth the expense to have that convenience.

My room was not all that clean when I arrived, but the person who cleaned it on day 2 was 100% an A+. The AC seemed a little spotty and the room could feel / smell a little musty, but it was also summer in St Louis. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but the linens in my room needed a major upgrade (note that other family members had rooms where the linens and towels were clean and new-ish, but mine were old and in bad shape but at least they were clean).

The location was great. We were there for the Cardinals game. The stadium was across the street from the hotel..The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. The bathroom was large.

I didn’t like the idea of one microwave for the entire floor. It was in a little room with the ice machine. The building has a strange layout but I didn’t get lost so I shouldn’t complain..

It was nice stay close to the Busch stadium. Breakfast was good but pricey. Very comfortable bed

The room was overcrowded with cars and tables. Don’t know why that was and it was very dusty!! Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking. It should be included with the price of the room. The room prices were already high enough with extra for parking

Ease of check in/ check out. Friendliness of staff, location to Busch Stadium.

I requested an early check in when I booked the rooms on April 29th for the June 25th stay. No one replied to my request, when I asked about it I was told early check ins where filled up the night before ( June 24th). I understand, but I requested this with my reservations 2 months prior. I requested my 2 rooms be close together. One was on the fourth floor, the other on the sixth.

The bathroom is great! The bed is awesome! The general manager was very accommodating and one of the guys at the front desk was also. Above and beyond the call of duty. They found a wheelchair for my husband who had surgery on Friday. Overall, nothing worth complaining about. The stay was pleasant regardless of the little issues.

The room wasn't what we expected because it was so big and the decor leaves something to be desired. Just a lot of empty space. The bathroom was great with the exception of some black mold/slime in the corner of the shower where the door opens .Things that were in the ad were no longer available. Limited menu.

There was a bad weed smell on one of the floors... am unsure if the monitor or do walk throughs to make sure the customers are not smoking let alone weed inside of the building. Very unpleasant

i like the close walk to Busch Stadium, the ease of check in, and cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. we will stay here anytime we visit St. Louis, and possibly any other cities that have these hotels.

i do wish there were a few more people working the front desk, check in seems to be a super busy time and there seems to always be a wait when we check in.

It was right across from the stadium which was where we were going. Hotel was very pretty and room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was tough. They share a lot with where people park for the game and we got the last spot that the hotel owned which could’ve been a problem.

Location was great for attending the Cardinals game. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that we paid for valet parking and when we left the property there was no valet to go get our car. We had to go find our car in the parking lot. Everything else was excellent.

What I liked about the property is that we were there for the Cardinal’s game and it was accessible and it was a nice place to stay!

The only thing I didn’t like about the property, which is minor, is no microwave in the room and the refrigerator didn’t get cold enough.
