The room was luxurious and had almost everything we needed.

Thin walls and no wash clothes for the shower.

Have stayed at many hotels in the downtown area and the Hotel St. Louis by far exceeded my expectations. From parking, check in and the excellent amenities were above my expectations. The rooftop pool and vintage vinyl record player in the room was a bonus too. Our corner king suite was simply a pleasure to stay in. Huge room, the hallway and large bath was almost over the top. Will be the only place we stay in the future downtown.

I loved everything about it. From the bathroom to the black out curtains. It was a very cozy stay, and the record player was a lovely touch as well.

There honestly isn't anything I can think of. Not because I'm being nice, but because the place is so nice there isn't any room to complain about anything unless I spent my whole trip searching for some reason to criticize the place.

Very attractive boutique hotel in middle of downtown. My regular room was a two-room suite with large rooms. TV in mirror in bath. Beautifully decorated. Nice bar and restaurant in lobby

Only parking is across the street in a parking garage so you almost have to use valet. Breakfast was not included. Short staffed but I think that’s a problem everywhere.

Loved the little extra things the hotel room had. The tub in the shower room was not something I’ve seen before but I loved it. There was a bidet and a TV in the mirror. I also loved the record player. The staff were accommodating and helpful. It was a great experience and I’m sure I’ll be returning.

The only thing that could’ve been improved was having more staff in the restaurant for dinner that evening. There only seemed to be one waiter taking care of every table, so there was a lot of waiting. It was otherwise good service and he apologized for the wait. I do understand how you can’t always help being short staffed.

Location was great! Breakfast was alright , my French toast were soggy and not cooked all the way. I liked the shower bathtub combo, rooms were spacious!

That our King rooms did not have the sofa bed, the pool was cold and dirty, no iron in room - you have to request those. The bar on rooftop closed.

Wow, the included breakfast was phenomenal. The ladies in the restaurant were particularly friendly. The lady who checked us out was impressively knowledgeable regarding the history of the property. Remarkably comfortable bed. Great room amenities. Beautiful.

Expensive. There was a cap on the breakfast that was not mentioned when booking. It was nevertheless enforced, which was off putting. I booked a balcony. They initially put us in the wrong room and would not answer the phone at desk services because they were “understaffed” and “busy”. It took 2 hours to get a blanket.

The restaurant's breakfast was extremely underwhelming. First my over medium egg were fully cooked but cold. Second toast was burnt. Third pancakes had a texture similar to grits. Would not recommend the breakfast.

The hotel is really cool. There was a record player in our room! It's really well kept and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and went out of the way to help us (and we needed help multiple times). Super pet friendly with water bowls pet welcome sign and treats for the pups. Also great location, we could walk to everything.

Parking is the only thing. You have to park across the street in public parking garage. It is not expensive, just a little cumbersome for big family with little kids.

Such a beautiful hotel with great touches such as the record player! The rooms are huge and are perfectly decorated. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and is better than the pictures show. The rooftop bar is gorgeous with an awesome view. I will definitely be back!

The only things I can complain about is the rooftop bar is not open every night and parking is a block away. Not a big deal, but can be a pain if you're in a rush.
