Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Naperville

The hot breakfast was phenomenally exceptional~! There was a wide variety of choices of things to eat. If you went hungry, it was only by your choice. The made to order omlettes were our favorite~! Even for the omlettes, you had many choices of ingredients. You got a wide array of choices of beverages to go with your morning breakfast as well. Our (two) rooms were connecting, which gave us more privacy. We got a good night of sleep. Quiet rooms. The black-out curtains made it so dark in the room, that you had to have a flashlight to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites and would definitely stay again~!!

My daughter said that her bed was a little too hard for her liking. My husband and I thought the bed was very comfortable. I guess it is a matter of personal preference.

I highly recommend this hotel as our experience here was excellent! Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a premium suite with complimentary snacks and drinks which I appreciated and was a very nice touch. The 1 bedroom suite was more than spacious which is exactly what you need when traveling with 4 teenage boys..lol! The complimentary evening reception for adults and breakfast (with made to order omelets) were also amazing!

The staff is always very accommodating and friendly! We travel to this embassy twice and year and will never stay anywhere else! Free amazing breakfast that fills all of us up and the complimentary beverages in the evening is always a huge plus!

Staff was very kind, welcoming and some were extremely helpful. Grab and go breakfast was not bad... kids loved it and that makes me happy. Pool was great although a few unsupervised children under 11 made me feel a little uncomfortable. Again my kids loved everything about the pool. :) Room was clean comfortable beds and view out the window was nice. Location was great.

Sofa bed was aweful.... kept getting stuck trying to put it back in. Fortunately staff was nice enough to come each time I asked. And I was told that we could check out late since I wasn't able to get other accommodations... but the day of check out they stated that they didn't have that available (late check out) although the staff was kind enough to spare us an extra hour and a half.

I like this place because it’s feels clean and it’s big size room even with queen size bed Comfortable and it has a small kitchen which is nice

I was upset because They don’t provide at least one bottle of water in the room,I stay with my daughter and when we arrived there she wants water and I was looking everywhere so I go to the lobby to buy for $3 a small bottle of water this was my first experience when actually a good hotel don’t provide any water And make sure to ask for pool towels at the lobby way before you go there because you will not find any towels

the closets to good entertainment. restaurants and good stores.

happy hour. used to be great . good snacks ( cheese, crackers, nuts , etc) this time nothing . limited 2 drinks . so to me it was not a happy hour. we need to old style of the happy hour . where we go downstairs and have fun.

It was clean for the most part, breakfast can be a little better setup, but the location was great and staff was pretty good.

Need to do a better job of cleaning up the hallway and elevator because of the pool it was wet a lot and created a hazard. The luggage carts are old and extremely hard to navigate, need updating badly. And I think since the pool is open, the adult drinks can be socially distanced back into action.

The breakfast was so good! I prefer to stay at Embassy Suites anywhere I go for the breakfast and this is one of the best I’ve had. The front desk staff was nice, and the kitchen staff was welcoming and quite funny. I enjoyed their bubbly personalities in the morning. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Naperville.

No complaints.

The hotel room was large and clean. There was z lvery comfortable bed. Breakfast was complimentary as well as two drinks and snacks in the evening.
